"Cheap place to stay just around the main drag of Bordeaux. Really an over night stop, not much around for food/drink so be prepared to drive or UBER eats delivery. Basic and cheap but clean and the young man who was sometimes at the desk (not manned 24/7) was friendly and helpful. "

"This is one of the most beautiful spots I have EVER stayed. Frederic and Raphael were INCREDIBLE hosts. We loved every moment of our time there and will be back in the future. "What a beautiful hotel, such a complete surprise to see the gorgeous interior decoration. The restaurant is worth a visit just to sit back and look at all the quirky fixtures, the wallpaper on the columns is fantastic, the food served was just as good. The bedroom was lovely, a lovely comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and helpful. "

"4 stars The room was okay—clean and suited for a short stay. The free parking was a big plus, with plenty of spaces available. For the price, the value felt fair. There were quite a few restaurants within walking distance, which was really convenient. The only complaint is that there’s no elevator, so we had to carry our heavy suitcases up and down the stairs. Overall, a good stay with just one main inconvenience"

"I really love this hotel. It is part of the Contact chain of hotels. The room was nice, clean and spacious. The public tram is only a few minutes from the hotel. Parking is easy and free. There is no laundry facility in this room, though Expedia lists it as one of the amenities. There is a laundromat in the shopping mall close by. Overall, La Provencale is great value for the money. "

"We woke up late and missed breakfast. We asked the lady serving breakfast if it was too late and she kindly prepared us a breakfast just for us. She was so friendly and helpful. Her service was above and beyond and we can't thank her enough. Réception was also very friendly. Id recommend this hotel purely for the servive. Only negative was the air con in the room which was 26c all night."
