Hotel Bonaventure Montreal

"The best part of the stay was the staff. All were professional and friendly. The only exception was the housekeeping staff, who did the basics fairly well, but not details. Glasses were left in the room, or in the hallway for days on end. A torn do not disturb sing was not replaced. Also, there were not enough staff at the pool bar to cover both drinks and food. The breakfast buffet was very good, and the staff made sure things were replenished in a timely fashion. The room was quite spacious, and the bed and pillows very comfortable. The location was accessible to many things, including the main train station, which was right across the street. Overall a good hotel."

"The hotel was clean and rooms more spacious than I expected. Our deluxe queen even had a small kitchen with stove, sink, fridge, microwave and dish ware to use. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance and shopping too. I would stay there again."
