103m2 house with garden in a very quiet area 12 minutes from the Landes beaches (Ondres, Tarnos, Labenne) and 15 minutes from the center of Bayonne.
Located in St Martin de Seignanx.

House on 2 levels:
Ground floor: living dining room and equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, 4-burner gas hob, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and other household appliances available) + adjoining room with a 2-seater sofa bed, WC and garage (washing machine, dryer). TV and free wifi.

upstairs: 1 bedroom with double bed 160x200cm, 1 bedroom with single bed (90x140), 1 bedroom with pull-out beds (2x 1 place) + bathroom + separate WC.
The garage cannot accommodate a car. But private parking space right in front, and visitor places 10 meters away. No problem to park, residential area.

135m2 garden with terrace, garden furniture, 2 sun loungers, barbecue and games for children.
Vegetable garden.

Super U, pharmacy, bakery, tobacconist and other shops 3min walk.

The house is located 15 minutes from the center of Bayonne (Basque Country) and 12 minutes from the Beaches of Ondres and Labenne (Landes). Free beach shuttle from the town to Ondres beach.

Access to the A63 is 5 minutes from the house. Ideal for visiting both the Landes and the Basque Country. The Spanish border is only 40 min.
Biarritz at 19km, Capbreton / Hossegor at 15km.

No pets allowed. Non smoking house.

Towels and linens provided.
Cleaning fee: 50 euros. (The house should still be left tidy, garbage cans and dishes washed and put away).
Everything you need to accommodate small children, including safety barriers available.
