"The room was very clean. Parking was very easy, which was a huge plus due to our previous parking issues in surrounding areas. Check in was a lot easier than expected since my husband and I don't speak French and thought it would be hard to check in. The manager, Hassan was very kind and knowledgeable about the area. He provided us with tips on how to take the trains and even taught us a bit about French history. We would definitely stay there again. "

"Once you get there the hotel is quite clean and modern. It is located on the other side of the train station with under and over passes (many stairs, lift not working) to the station - with luggage not nice. there is absolutely nothing (no restaurants , shops, bars nada) on this side of the tracks so must cross over via stairs and by pass to do anything."

On the other hand, the receptionist from the hotel managed to solve my issue, but the APP should be clearer with the information. The hotel is very well located, 24hours reception and you can order food anytime.
