The welcome was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and well-equipped. I liked that the towels were already in place and not just folded on the bed. There was no water on the room - but I found out later that there was a water tap in the corridor. And no water in the coffee machine - which had no clear instructions. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I liked the decor and layout of the room and the shower was excellent. If I return to Toulon I will try to stay here.

What an excellent hotel this is . A very warm and pleasant greeting from all members of staff . Perfectly located for both the city and the railway station . We would not look anywhere else next time we visit.

Good hotel, good value for the price. We liked the living area with free drinks and food, nicely designed and well thought out. Service was very friendly and the room and breakfast were very nice.

I had an amazing stay,i cant pick one bad thing to be fair.my room was a bit small,but very clean ,soundproof and comfortable.sleeping was good and comfortable,how ever the pillows aren’t the best.aircon works are normal.Hotel stuff are very nice and friendly.they’ve got great facilities.free snacks was just superb. Also their coffee es amazing! Beach is just 15-20 min away with the bus.its a great place to spend ur holiday.i loved every single bit of my stay. I highly recommend it! Definitely visiting again!

Great stay, impeccably clean &very comfortable bed

Great centrally located hotel, a stone-throw from the train station. Lovely staff, who were all very friendly and helpful with any request. Would definitely recommend the club room to get access to the unlimited tea/coffee/water/fresh juices and little snack plates and treats - all free. Impeccably clean throughout and the beds were very comfortable. This fabulous experience means I will checking if there is a OKKO hotel in the location of our next vacation.

Good Hotel

We stayed 2 nights for vacation. The room was clean. The staff at front desk were friendly, even though one of the room service ladies was not that nice ( She kept knocking at the door before 10:30 am wanting to clean the room. We told her to come later, she was unhappy and had an attitude). I reported it to the reception desk lady and she apologized and gave me one free breakfast as compensation. I appreciate it. So, I still recommend this hotel.

Highly recommend

Great hotel, very close to the train station and 10-15 minute walk from the marina. Friendly welcome. Clean room. Very small toilet (had to reverse to get out) but the shower was excellent.The Club facility is very good. Disappointed that I couldn't get access to the rooftop bar during my stay.

First Class Hotel and Staff

We were two couples, my partner and I and my niece and her husband, staying in Toulon for the first time for five days. The hotel is modern, in an excellent location to both the centre of the town and the railway station. The personnel, particularly Aya and Auriane, were extremely helpful and very patient with my awful French and did everything they could to make us feel comfortable and welcome. One facility which was extremely helpful was a 24-hour lounge area for all the residents where you could help yourself to drinks (teas, coffees etc) and to nibbles and fruit. It proved invaluable and we stay there again without hesitation. Thank you again for giving us such a pleasant stay.

This property is an excellent choice. I am a soda traveller and I felt extremely safe not a huge eater so the free nibbles available were okay for me receptionist was very very helpful and the gentleman who took over from her. It was also great early check-in and late checkout at no extra cost. Thank you for letting me have a splendid day at your hotel even though it was only one night next time I will definitely come here.

Fantastic service and surroundings

I travel the world for a living and stay at many hotels. Not an active reviewer, but want to make sure I give my positive feedback for Okko Hotels Toulon. Impressive customer service and friendly staff - I LOVE ‘the club’ - it’s my morning coffee, my office, and truly enjoy the little Happy Hour in the evening with snacks, local wine and beer. Staff is extremely attentionate and scores high on personal service. Highly recommend this place as ‘the hotel’ downtown Toulon.

Great place to stay in Toulon, located in a quiet street just a short walk from the central station and the old town. A new and fresh hotel with comfortable rooms, great staff and excellent service. There is a lounge adjacent to the reception with complimentary hot and cold drinks, cookies and fruit which is open 24/7. The rooftop lounge is also a plus.

Quality stays and excellent customer services at the OKKO Hôtels Toulon Centre. Its modern-inspired designs absolutely add to the appeal of the hotel rooms. From ecologically-sourced products, to flexible workspaces, and all the way to open terrasse bar, all the details are well presented and received. We were welcomed right in after a long and trying day. The hotel we had booked for a week had cancelled our stay without notifying us. We booked OKKO and enjoyed our overnight stay.The snacks and drinks were great. We even tried the gym. Thank you.
