Éramos de tres nacionalidades diferentes y obviamente nos comunicamos en inglés y con ella también, por qué ninguno sabemos francés. "Arrived at 2.45 pm, no one at the hotel, door locked, no phone number. What do you do?
Later a woman from a restaurant, came and called the owners, she was able to get in and gave me the room keys.
No elevator - woman’s comment: “You are lucky to be only 1 floor up”…. Sure, so lucky to be in France with its world known famous customer service…
