This place is hands down the coolest stay I've ever had. Step back in time to the 1890's and kick your feet up. Unreal experience from start to finish. Bravo Chipman Hill Suites! Also to the person who works hard to keep the place clean, great job! Every surface was immaculate. I definitely recommend staying here.

It feels like a home away from home! Very clean, cozy and quaint. The furniture and decorations are consistent with the victorian era of the buildings and in good shape. As an antique building they have done such a great job in keeping the original feel and providing all the modern amenities.

The property is in great shape and a wonderful old building. The rooms are spacious and well appointed as well. While it may seem old that just adds to its charm. I appreciated the self check in of the property. The area however is like some of Saint Johns unfortunate less than safe feeling areas, but that's not the property's fault so I won't hold that against them.

This property is beautiful, you think you live 150 years ago. What a beautiful house, the sitting room, living room, winter garden, we had the room with the balcony. I wish we would have had more nights. But the parking is a night mare. During the day was not a problem, but in the evening, we came in at around 22h OMG. We parked were we told to park across by the school, but then we had to move by 7am to a different spot, and than find one. We lucked out after 1 hr searching, we of the guest left and we could get his spot.
