"Séjour mitigé à l’Hôtel Classique. La principale problématique a été la température dans les chambres. La première était à environ 24°C et impossible à faire descendre malgré plusieurs ajustements et interventions. Une deuxième chambre nous a été proposée (ce que nous avons apprécié), mais elle était tout de même à 22,5°C, ce qui est beaucoup trop chaud pour dormir confortablement. Point positif : le personnel de nuit a été très courtois et a fait de réels efforts pour nous aider, ce qui mérite d’être souligné. Par contre, l’expérience au moment du départ a été décevante. Le service à la réception était très expéditif et impersonnel, sans les salutations de base, ce qui laisse une impression moins agréable pour conclure le séjour. En résumé, bon service de nuit, mais confort de la chambre et expérience client au départ à améliorer."

"We stayed in a suite, the suites are small. All the activities and the pool were packed, it was not enjoyable at all. We had lunch at the restaurant in the hotel. It took over 1/2 hr to get our food. We didn't order anything complicated. A salad, nachos, 2 kids meals . Once it came, it was not very good ,you could tell it was left under the heat lamp for too long. Would not go back."

"Superb location-very close to Frontenac/Terasse Dufferin and the Frontenac Staircase to Petite Ville. Room was spacious and clean with a view of the Frontenac. Hotel itself doesn’t really have a lobby, just reception desk area, but we didn’t mind at all. Loved the Nespresso machine in the room for quick coffee. Room was very quiet and bedding was nice. Staff was all very friendly. Habib at the front desk went the extra mile to accommodate when we had an issue with the heat in the first room we had been assigned. Would definitely return as the value and location are hard to beat. "
