Only issue was that staff had no knowledge or recommendations regarding parking. We basically had to figure out the most cost effective option on our own. I would suggest they brush up on this."

"They were only two tiny operable elevators during my stay in this 10+ floor hotel, so the wait times when going down were bad. I just took the stairs, but for my elderly parents, they had to wait each time. Staff were nice and helpful. Rooms were good and they had a free stocked refrigerator (5 drinks) that was a pleasant surprise. The view from the room was also quite nice. We tried the breakfast that includes a made to order egg station and overall it was good, but we did not find it worth the cost."
