"Simple no frills apartment right in the centre close to Sherpa supermarche. The electric towel radiator is the only heater in the flat. The radiator by the window is not connected. The flat was warm enough but may feel colder in the season. Duvet and pillows were soiled so bring your own."

"Great location, apartment was reasonable size and good value for money.Sophie was always on hand on messenger however I think a small welcome pack or email would be handy. Something that contains clear instructions for check-in and check-out, WiFi details etc. Whilst all went fairly smoothly I was a little apprehensive about how to get from avoriaz parking to the apartment, picking up the keys at the cafe and got advised of the wrong room number. "

"Room was lovely and reception staff very helpful. There is a lot of noise with the trucks going past every night so definitely would ask for a quieter room next time. We didn’t have a great experience with the restaurant. Had dinner the first night and wouldn’t recommend that again as the service wasn’t great and they were dismissive, food all came out at once so they kept our mains warm until we were ready which didn’t work well with steak. The pool could also be a bit warmer. The location is amazing and so nice to be close to everything amd breakfast was great. "
