Room was clean, bed was very hard. The room we stayed in was near the elevator (407) and you could hear it all night pinging when arriving on the floor. The corridor had a lot of echo which transferred into the room. Luckily these noises subsided later in the evening. Towels had stains, which made them off colour. The views from the balcony were stunning!

Disappointing. No dinner, no bar.

Amazing view over lake and vineyards. Room ok. Breakfast ok but many items not replaced when finished. Main problem was arriving on a Saturday and there was a wedding so dining room and bar closed. Only option-take an expensive taxi down to Vevey for dinner. I do not recommend this hotel unless you have a car.

Incredible view

There's no AC and the ventilation pehaps not the best, so the room was a bit stuffy when I checked in. But I had the room with the full view of the lake so I opened the door and after it aired out, it was completely fine. It's the view that makes this hotel worth the stay, everything else is a bit substandard.

Good hotel

My stay was good, room clean and very spacious. The WiFi was very slowly but ok The breakfast attendant is not very friendly. The front desk agent are very friendly and help me answer all my questions. I will definitely stay again.

A solid hotel in a beautiful location. View of the lake and mountains. Many balconies. Beautiful area in a sleepy village. The place is extremely clean, but a little age is showing and low cost improvements. I am sure this is out of season and hotel is in a maintenance mode so the restaurant was closed.

Great Hotel with amazing lake view.

Great location. Very good hotel, absolutely amazing lake view from two!!! windows with balconies. Good size room, comfortable mattresses. Great breakfast. Easy free parking.

It was a good stay. Would be better with a car. I went for the view but with the rain and fog I couldn’t see anything at all. No food offered except breakfast. Closest restaurant was a long walk away and down the hill. Excellent front desk staff .

NO PLUGS in the bathroom. Major hassle for women getting ready. No washcloths?? This was very inconvenient. Strange bathtub without a hook to hold the handle high enough to stand in the 1/2 shower. The breakfast and view were outstanding. Our room was a really nice size and clean. Just a few inconveniences that I got used to after a couple days.

Sheets of pull out sofa smelled of cigarettes when we got our room. Other than that, lovely place in a great location. Family room was a great layout and spacious. We had cooler weather so lack of AC was fine. Beautiful homes and vineyards nearby, Lavaux Pass provided was greatly appreciated.
