"Family of Four, we had a good stay. Off the street parking and proprietors answered messages and questions we sent them. Clean and comfortable hotel. No complaints."

Lovely clean room "
"Great little place to stay with a super comfortable bed. Nice size room with good amenities and a nice little balcony for an evening drink. Or there's a nice pub with good food just downstairs. If you're a light sleeper, the room we were in isn't the best option though as the door to the pub is right below the bed. But we slept great regardless. Definitely worth the money for a nice convenient stay. "
"The staff were excellent. The food was excellent. Our dog was a bit boisterous, but the staff were understanding. The public toilet was a bit tired looking."

"Hotel was in a great location. Walkable to Royal Mile, food and souvenir shops. The staff is very nice and helpful. Only negative is the place can get sketchy with people asking for money. Also the hotel rooms need to be updated. Clean and everything works well, but you can see the old stains on curtains and dust in vents. Would still come back again."
"Had a lovely stay at King's Manor. It's situated midway between Edinburgh city centre and Musselburgh, with good bus links in both directions right outside the hotel.
My room was clean, comfortable and quiet. And the food was delicious especially the Haggis, Neeps and Tatties."
"The staff were professional, accommodating and friendly. The rooms were clean and the hotel was close to many walkable attractions. The Sunday roast was also one of the best we've ever had."
"We had a lovely time at Edinburgh town centre. The hotel and staff were so friendly especially Maddie the girl at the front desk. The food was wow and the breakfast never seen so much food in one place. Defo would be going back again. The room was so clean and so much room., bathroom just sparkled. Thankyou."
