"Check-in person was very nice and helpful. We were given an upstairs room as requested. It was very large but unfinished. There was no place to hang our clothes. There was no light over the bathroom sink. There was no light by the corner chair (not possible to read there at night). One change from the last time I was at the hotel : there is a mattress cover. Not a positive change since it makes crunchy noises. Also, since they are updating the hotel, I suggest they attach large bottles of shampoo and conditioner to the tub wall. They should upgrade to be more sustainable and environmentally conscious. The small bottles of shampoo and conditioner add too much plastic to landfill."

"A gem of a place in Taylor’s Falls. We are 7 women friends from grade school who travel together annually. Enough beds and baths for us all. Great modern kitchen. Lovely outdoor gathering space and the great room has comfortable seating for us all to chat and connect. The hosts were quickly responsive to a coffee maker malfunction even going so far as replacing it with a new one on the spot and bringing over hot coffee to replace it pronto! Very comfortable beds, toiletries and bath supplies above and beyond. Easy check out requirements and a great book about the home and the area."

"The host, Rhonda was so gracious. The Copper Room was one of the most charming rooms we've ever stayed in. The bed was amazingly comfortable. The room was equipped with everything you could possibly need to make your stay feel like you're home. The location is central to restaurants and surrounded by all the beauty of St. Croix. We highly recommend the property. I know we'll stay again!"

"This loft is so nicely appointed! Airy, spacious, lovely. Great location, right in town, walkable to restaurants, shops, Interstate Park and boat tour. Lots of towels and blankets. Nice glassware and dishes. We would definitely stay here again if in the area."

"We loved the location, the space, and it was well stocked with dishes and towels and any little thing you could need. Games, extra blankets. There was no TV, but we don't watch TV on vacation so that didn't phase us. Beds were comfortable and had nice sheets and pillows. The place was spotless and the historical aspect was fun to learn about. The only detractor I can think of is that doors and floors were squeaky, but you have to expect that if it was built in 1852! My kids thought it was very cool to stay in a real piece of history."

"This VRBO is outstanding! Beautiful home, Perfect Location, Wonderful Host. We were attending a wedding at Maple Ridge Farms about 4 miles away. We absolutely loved the decor and comfort of this beautiful home. The host was very thoughtful and communicated well. The home has everything you need to have a relaxed and comfortable vacation. You are right near town and all the of trails, etc. We all gave it a perfect 10!"
