I have used the hotel for several international passengers, in addition to being an executive who has traveled a lot for business and has known many hotel companies. Booked the hotel once again for an important member of International Broadcasting Association. Fewer and fewer employees are hired, which makes the service increasingly bad. Not only less staff but employees who don't even speak English.The only person who demonstrated professionalism and dedication was Mandi. The rest left a lot to prove. I requested room cleaning every day and it was not done. They treat customers like they are not welcome. They close for breakfast at 10:00 and it doesn't matter if there is someone who wants to have another coffee. A demonstration of lack of hospitality. The Front Desk staff was very rude, except for Mandi, and also the rest were inexperienced. The hotel itself is good, very comfortable, but its image is deteriorated by the lack of training.
