Their staff is what we loved the most, they are all fantastic!! From their bellmen to their managers, all attentive, friendly, professional and charming. We loved our room, have zero complaints, beautiful well maintained property, and the view is perfect. We will definitely return!! Thank you Carlton for taking care of us! "I loved my stay! The hotel was beautiful; the rooms were spacious, it had a huge TV in the rooms and it was next-door to the railroad which was convenient and not too far from the airport. But the best thing was the staff . They made evry effort to know your name, and even to remember what food you like. I will definitely go back. Oh I can’t forget to mention the breakfast. It was fabulous, so many offerings and everything was delicious."

"Amazing stay located close to terminal 1, tram and buses at a reasonable price. The hotel room is aesthetic and clean, but nothing beats their lobby lounge that serves unlimited fresh juice, coffee and cake 24/7. Staff has been super helpful. The only downside is trying to drop off or pick up luggage when there is no street parking available."
