"Great place! Clean and nicer than expected. It was a bit far from old Quebec (about 20 mins) and tricky to get a taxi for dinner. Besides that, it was a great place with lots a parking and room for everyone."

"Nice layout for a group of adults, we spread out over 3 levels, each with a full bath. Beds were clean and comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed, the coffee setup was divine. 10 minutes to Old Quebec. Boulangerie in walking distance. Neighborhood was cute and felt safe. Hot tub was on the list of amenities, we searched high and low, but could only find a bathtub in the upstairs bathroom. The place could use some yard work, a deep clean and some light maintenance (casters on bathroom...

"This place was great! Even nicer than the pictures. Plenty of space for my husband and I and our two teen daughters. We used the rooftop seating often - it was a nice perk. It was a great spot to walk to all of the nearby attractions. Enough coffee for a day or two was provided, which was nice since we arrived late. The towels and bedding were nice. Overall, great spot and would recommend to anyone."

"We came to enjoy Quebec City at St. John the Baptist Day. It's a good hike uphill to the Old City. There are a lot of good restaurants nearby on Rue St. Joseph. The prooerty doesn't include parking, but it is at a good location for driving out to see other sites, like Montmorency Falls. Dave is the friendliest host we've had on VRBO."
