"We had an amazing stay at this rental property for our family weekend getaway! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The house was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated.The property had everything we needed for our large family. The fully equipped kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, and the outdoor grill and pool area were perfect for evening barbecues. The theater room was also a huge hit with the kiddos! There was plenty of space for our group to hang out and relax together. The owners clearly put a lot of thought into making this a family-friendly space, and they were super responsive and helpful throughout the booking process. There was an issue with one of the shower faucets upon arrival but the owners were diligent in sending out a plumber to correct it quickly. If you're looking for a peaceful, fun, and well-equipped place near the Frio River, this is it. We’ll definitely be coming back!"

"We had a great time! There was ample space for our family to hang out together in the common areas but also have our own private spaces in the separate bedrooms. All areas were very clean upon arrival and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The pool was very clean and enjoyable. We enjoyed watching the many deer around the property. There were plenty of room and pool towels, but very few washcloths. Check-in and check-out were very simple. The hosts were very accommodating and communication was quick and easy. The only downside was that we were not able to use the dishwasher, but it would not deter us from returning. "

"Easy check in/out. Property exactly as described, plenty of comfortable beds and it was all spotless. Loved being at the end of the street, made it very quiet and the pool was very private. Loved our stay, will return!!! "
