Hunter's Ridge Cabins - 4

With hillside views and an fireplace, it’s the perfect getaway for your family. HR Cabin #4 can sleep up to 6 people. The cabin is equipped with a fully furnished kitchen, dining area and living room. The two bathrooms have showers. There is a smart 50" TV connected to DIRECTV in the living room and internet access. It has a front porch with great views and additional patio out back. If you’re traveling with a bigger party, ask us about booking multiple cabins together.

Great Getaway

Trent and Wendy are awesome hosts and have a great setup for groups small or big!!! They are some of the kindest people around and will stay again in the future!!

Great location!

Our family enjoyed the cozy cabin...great location with all the amenities. We especially enjoyed the pool and outside porch areas. Great place highly recommend 👌

Amazing!!

Extremely close to all the great spots in concan! Beautiful cabin with everything you need! Owners were extremely nice and took great care of the property! Fast WiFi! Perfect out door area and bbq pit! Home away from home. Definitely had an amazing time wih my family and friends! Will be returning! No hesitation!

So nice!

Trent & Wendy’s set-up is so nice. The cabins were clean & comfortable. The location was away from the floating crowd, so there was a quiet natural feel, but it was a short drive (maybe 5 minutes) to the Concan main attractions. It was about 10 min from Garner. The pool was awesome & there was even an outdoor restaurant in the pavilion that served lunch. The whole experience was wonderful for a family wanting to get to do the Frio without having to be around the drinking scene!

Great get-away stay with resort feel

Couldn't be happier with my selection of this property for our mini-getaway weekend. Initially I was concerned that the low flow in the river would put a damper on our enjoyment. But Wendy gave advice on area entry locations and then connected us with a local small business that rented cabanas, including 6 chairs and table, right on the river less than 5 minutes from our place. The perfect place to float!The cabins are nicely equipped and decorated, with comfortable beds (BYO linens, which keeps the cleaning fee low!), blackout curtains and AC in each room so everyone gets to sleep at their perfect temps. Pool looked inviting but we stayed on the river all day, followed by dancing at Garner State Park on Saturday night. Make sure to buy your park entry online to reserve your spot! If you're looking for a relaxing and peaceful stay, this little oasis can't be beat!

Weekend getaway

The hosts Wendy and Trent went above and beyond we felt. Very personable and made sure we had what we needed. The location was near Garner State Park, which was what we wanted. Making the reservation was a breeze, finding it was very easy, the cabin accommodated 4 adults easily. We will definitely be letting people know about Hunter’s Lodge.

Nice weekend stay

We rented 2 cabins for our family over the weekend, and both were very clean and comfortable to stay in. The owners were also very nice! One drawback was that the property is so close to the highway, but that's on me for not looking more closely. It wasn't loud like I thought it would be though. They were also very dog friendly, which was another plus! : )

Concan four day weekend

We had a family vacation and notices this was a new listing that was affordable. It was a risk to take with it being a new listing,but I'm so glad we booked. When arriving everything was perfect the hosts Wendy and her husband were so friendly. They showed us the whole cabin and asked if we needed anything, they asked if everything was up to par. My family and guests were beyond happy with the cabin. It was so clean and smelt so fresh. The cabin was furnished had everything was available for us to use. The pool and hot tub with pavilion was also a great commodity. Overall the stay was amazing and definitely plan on making future reservations when we go to float the river.

Great Host

The owners family lived on site and were very accommodating. They made sure we had everything we needed while we were there. Really enjoyed our stay. Want to give a shout out to Hunter for being so nice to our 10 year old son.
