The Compound
Agua Bonita is a gated family compound that sleeps 28, with 8 bedrooms, 8 full baths & outdoor shower. Four (4) stylish retreats are located within steps of each other, filled with original artwork and filled with furnishings from Mexico and San Miguel de Allende. Enjoy the lush tropical courtyard garden hidden behind high fencing for the ultimate in indoor/outdoor relaxation.

Both living room(s) are filled with comfy leather sofas and chairs. Cantera stone wood burning fireplace. A whiskey barrel, western saddle & cedar tree posts provide fun indoor accents. Chefs will love the easy flow kitchen(s) fully equipped and well stocked with everything needed to prepare large family meals. Separate utility room has commercial grade washer & dryer. A total of 4 refrigerators provide ample space for all your drinks, snacks and groceries.

Each luxury bedroom is uniquely designed for comfort and maximum style. Five (5) bedrooms have King size beds, while three (3) bedrooms open directly onto the pool, while four (4) open onto the private garden courtyard. Every bedroom has exterior french doors leading to outdoor relaxation areas. High fenced for complete privacy this gated compound is not overlooked by neighbors. Sublime!

Bunk room has 2 twin beds and 2 bunk beds. Handsome light filled bathroom with white tile shower, bench seat & wall niches. French doors lead outside to central garden courtyard.

Designed for those serious about escaping the world and reconnecting with their partner. This sultry private bedroom sizzles with king size bed draped in luxurious faux fur bedding. Dramatic mood lighting and upscale furnishings. Ensuite bathroom. Two (2) sets of French doors lead to a covered porch and courtyard garden.

A foyer connects private bedrooms 6 and 7 for parents who want to keep an eye on the kids while still enjoying their privacy. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. Two (2) sets of French doors lead to a covered porch and courtyard garden.

Tucked behind a sliding door you'll find this hidden gem. Custom built-in bunk bed with upscale bedding tucked into a private niche alcove. Keep watch over the kids or close the door for privacy. Ensuite bathroom. French doors overlook covered sitting porch and garden courtyard.

Bedroom 8 - Mountain View.
Handsome King size four poster bed draped in luxurious faux fur bedding. This large, open concept retreat has vaulted ceiling w/ wooden beam and reclaimed saltillo tile flooring. Twin bunk bed has upscale bedding. Lounge area has comfy leather sofa and dining table with smart tv. French doors lead to covered sitting porch with upscale seating. Ensuite bathroom with hand painted Mexican sink, reclaimed saltillos tile floor and cream stone shower.

Here you'll find the 2nd full size kitchen with everything needed to cook large family meals. Refrigerator, dishwasher and stove. Hand painted Mexican tile counters and wall mural. Reclaimed saltillo tile floors and kitchen island with custom wrought iron bar stools. Cooks will love the picture window overlooking mature trees and distant mountain top.

Outside Fun
