"Communal bathroom door doesn’t close (got walked in on while using toilet), faucet handle fell off, mildew in air conditioner, ants crawling on me in bed, tv didn’t work, wasn’t offered a key to bedroom door and guy couldn’t find one for 10 minutes. Kept trying random keys in his pocket. Called “hotel” to complain and was told to call Expedia because hotel couldn’t do anything. Expedia said to call hotel because they couldn’t do anything. "

"I liked how even though it was in a downtown area the hotel was super clean. The staff was always smiling and happy to assist. The bed was comfortable. The complementary breakfast was good.
