"Room was clean and tidy, heated to a pleasant temperature The staff were impeccable as in friendly and helpful even to the point of feeling familiar We can't fault anything. We will be back. However I did notice a few problems around the pool causes by moisture however I would never let that spoil my up most opinion of a great hotel but I know some folks will. "Will absolutely stay again. Arrived late from heysham and with baby - everything was ready for us and really easy. Room large and clean. Cot was great. Breakfast was fresh and more than we expected. Team members we met were really friendly. Can’t say a bad word!"

We were awarded a complimentary upgrade for my boyfriend’s birthday and were able to use the Bentley to be dropped off in town. Rooms were lovely and clean, and very warm!
