"Comfortable room, clean . Easy access to lift. Shower could do with hand rail. Housekeeping good. Good outside high terrace seating area and dining room. "
"We had a lovely one-night stay for my birthday. The staff were friendly and we were given a room upgrade which was a great birthday treat. The original staircase is gorgeous and our room was spacious with a lovely en-suite. The breakfast was great too. Thank you for a lovely stay."

"Relaxing comfortable place by a large lake, easy access to wonderful hikes in the hills.
It’s not terribly busy even in the peak of the summer, it’s away from the crowds."
"This is a lovely hotel in a great location. My room was gorgeous and had the best nights sleep I’ve had in years, as the room is sound proofed. The staff are really friendly and helpful.
Just a few things to be aware of. This hotel is quite expensive to book, and it’s a little cheeky they charge an Additional cost for parking, £25 for the night. It does not have aircon so is quite warm. The food and drink are overpriced. (Recommend going elsewhere) However, it is a lovely hotel and you can’t beat the location "
