"i booked in August for a stay in January. when we arrived there was someone else staying at the property as the property had been double booked.The owners had a family issue and were not availablewe were very lucky another prooerty manager came to our rescue. somehow they managed to find us alternate acxommodation which was excellent and they arranged a full refund."

"Great location, perfect place for a couple. Everything that you needed with amenities. Easy check in process. Toaster didn't toast properly, powerpoints in bike shed didn't work. Overall a great place to stay in Derby. Thanks for a lovely stay."
