"The staff was very friendly and the room spacious. As hotel guest we had free access to the spa (sadly we were too early in the year for the outdoor pool to be open yet). "The staff were lovely. So friendly and welcoming. The room was very comfortable. Very comfortable bed and pillows. The bathroom was small but met our needs. Good water temperature and pressure in the shower. Great hand wash and shower gel/shampoo included (Grown Alchemist). The room was very quiet and although busy we didn’t get disturbed by other guests. There were some outside noises heard from trucks/workers but they were minimal. The location was great. Across the road from the station and walking distance to everything we wanted to do in Strasbourg. Would happily stay again. "
