Fantastic location & walkable to everything!

Hotel du Dragon is in an amazing location just across the river from la Petite France. Walkable to everything you want to see in Strasbourg and very quiet and private. We wished we could have stayed longer!

We loved this hotel! The staff were so nice and went out of their way to help you in any way. Our room was so cozy. The location is excellent, on a quiet street just a few minutes walk from all of the tourist areas.

Great location! super helpful staff. I was in the "back tower" building as that's where their wheelchair accessible rooms are. Full bedroom in addition to living/kitchen.

This hotel is fine and conveniently located close to Strasbourg city centre and Cathedral. Do never accept room #1. It’s a cellar with no window and no view. I suppose other rooms are ok.

The family suite is spacious, with a view of lovely courtyard. It is a short walk away from Petite France, the major tourist attraction. We arrived the same hours the Olympic Torch reached the town. Traffic was restricted, but the hotel messaged us about it a week ago as soon as they were aware of the event. The front desk lady was also very caring, helping us settled after navigating the Olympic traffic control.

The hotel property is nice, rooms are well-lit, perhaps a little cramped by American standards but certainly adequate. Breakfast was excellent. HOWEVER, what really sets this property apart is the SERVICE! Wow, wow, WOW! Front desk personnel went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, not only in the hotel, but in the city. They called my favorite restaurant to see if we could be seated for dinner that week (they were booked solid for 3 weeks!), and when they could not get through on the telephone, they WALKED to the restaurant and talked with them, successfully securing a table for us for the next night. Unbelievable! I would definitely return.

I had looked forward to staying at this property, especially given the photos of the room type I selected, as it appeared to be a loft-like space in a venerable and architecturally interesting building. Furthermore, there was an indication that parking was available. INSTEAD - the room assigned was in a separate building that required access through a bike storage alley through another building to a new building in the midst of a parking lot that I was informed was already full and that I would need to park 7-10 minutes away in a municipal garage. While the location was fine and I felt the staff were engaging and helpful, I would not recommend staying here as it was a let down in terms of what I saw in the pictures and the kind of experience I felt I had paid for and reserved a full year ahead of time. Finally, I had to use the restroom at 3:00am to find it after flushing the water kept running and so at 3:15 I was dressing to go to the front desk to get help as I could not see any way to stop the water flow.
