Room was large and spacious. Lived the proximity to everything in Old Town as well as the proximity to the train station. Only drawback was the noise from outside at night. Otherwise we enjoyed it!

Spotless room courteous staff love the water in the lobby and the baked goods everyday . Only thing I would recommend is that the hotel replace light bulbs in the room 502 as many light bulbs were out . Even though I had asked a couple times to have them replaced but they were not taken care of while we were there.

Perfect location — close to all major attractions and restaurants. The staff were outstanding, especially Andrew and Nicolas, who were incredibly kind and accommodating. They even upgraded our room free of charge! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. Highly recommend!

Solid location-easy and interesting walk to the river and the historic district. Very close to the public transportation hub so easy access to where you might want to go. Our room overlooked a side street where restaurants closed by 9:00 and stores closed 6:00-6:00 so very quiet. Room was clean, staff were as friendly and helpful.

Mary was so accommodating when we arrived and Marc was amazing to us. Very understanding of my needs and took care of us like family. He was telling us that this building is from the 1580s and most of the structure is the same. It’s incredible when you think about that Thank you to the staff for a great stay

Location, old world charm, check in, cleanliness all perfect. Only concerns- super small and hard bed and defective AC units ( they even put us in two rooms but both were same).

This is a very comfortable hotel with very friendly and knowledgeable staff who are readily available and helpful. Three types of water are available at all times. It’s in the central area of town which is walkable to just about everything. The breakfast is not free but it has everything and more!

A nice stay in Strasbourg

The hotel was comfortable if not a little worn in places. It had good air conditioning in extreme weather and the room was spacious . Front reception staff are very friendly and fresh water in bottles offered every day and free coffee. A nice touch
