The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. They were so kind and helpful when my mother in law fell ill. Lovely property, and wonderful location for Christmas markets.

My visit to this Hotel was extremely good. The staff were very friendly, courteous and informative to my needs, especially with regards to the on-site parking which saved me a fortune. The location for Strasbourg was good, as it was close to the centre which made my trip far easier. The rooms were clean, well serviced and comfortable. The breakfast was good, food selection catered for everyone, just what I needed.

The hotel should improve the mattress or add some cover pads to the beds. We spent 3 nights and the bed was too uncomfortable to sleep in. Location and service was fine. The hotel has a tiny lobby and tiny rooms, we had to request a change of room because we couldn’t accommodate 2 mediums bags and a carry on in the classic room.

Hotel is nicely situated, within walking distance to the Christmas market and shops. I loved the design of the rooms and the old world charm with modern conveniences. Hotel staff kindly provided us with recommended restaurants near by and made a dinner reservation on our behalf before we arrived at the hotel. Some family members didn’t find the beds comfortable but I think it comes down to personal preference. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.
