"We arrived at night and the hotel sign light was out so it was really hard to find. Our room was ok but another party that booked a room in our same building found cockroaches and had to request a new room at 11pm. I never saw a bug in our room. The AC in our room worked ok and wasn't crazy loud. All of the furniture/bed had been updated but the shower was in rougher shape with old shower/hardware. The stand alone pool was murky and so we did not get in during our stay. The waterpark was open but only one slide was functional and didn't open until 1pm. The staff was very nice and friendly but the property itself is very old. The free breakfast was....interesting but free is free. The area seems safe. We drove to the Wawa, Walmart and Dunkin very close for things we needed. This hotel has a ton of room but there was very few people staying here which made it very quiet. Only three other families with us at the waterpark during spring break. I would only recommend this hotel if you need a very cheap option and plan to go do other things during the day. If you're not satisfied with your room, ask for a different one since they seem to have a lot of empty ones. "

"The property was very nice and clean. The app was not working properly for hours and we had a terrible/stressful time checking in.As soon as we landed in Florida, I tried getting into VRBO for the code to get into the house. It was not connecting and had an error message that the site was having technical issues. After a couple of hours, I deleted the app and reinstalled. I got into the app, but the messages were seen as small, empty bubbles so there was no usable information. I tried calling and was on hold for over 20 minutes only to be hung up on by whoever answered the call.My husband tried loading the app on his phone. Didnt work. We tried it on his laptop. Didn't work. Finally, the bubbles turned into messages and we were able to get into the house.Not a fun was to start a vacation.I do not blame the host at all. It was a technical problem, but it was very stressful and I will never use VRBO again."

"The A/C worked well and when the night got a little chilly the heat was perfect. The cottage was absolutely beautiful and the hand written note was a perfect personal touch. I absolutely loved it. "

"Great location, near our family we were visiting. Owners are wonderful and helpful.The bedroom with bunks is great for family style. Just note the bottom bunks are at floor level. Great for kids… one bunk has upper and lower double mattress’s, great for couples if they are agile. The other bunk consists of twin sizes. They have a playpen and high chair, also helpful.Location great and away from crazy Orlando traffic. We will definitely return next time we meet family in Orlando."

"We loved hanging out on the back deck while the dog hunted lizards. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the location was great. We enjoyed our week here!"

"The room was clean enough and updated with paint and marble in the bath. Bed was ok. Floors are newer tile. Everything else was very dated. The shower curtain was smelly and we didn’t even want to use the shower. It’s also located on a very busy road across from a hospital. Traffic noise and emergency vehicle noise kept me up most of the night. I think I got 3 hours of sleep max. Stay at your own risk."
