I recently stayed at this hotel during my trip to Florida, and overall it was a good experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but they could definitely use some updates to feel more modern. Even with that, my stay was still very enjoyable thanks to the amazing service. I want to give a special shout-out to Yasmin. She was absolutely incredible — friendly, professional, and always went out of her way to help with anything I needed. Her positive attitude made a big difference and really elevated the whole stay. Hotels need more employees like her. I would return again mainly because of the great service from Yasmin and the smooth, pleasant overall experience.

I was greeted nicwly upon check-in. Went tl the first roo they assigned me to and the beds weren't made, funny smell was coming from the room, and there was a loud fan plugged in. When i asked for another room and tild them what the situation was they said they had no idea about it. They gave me another room that was fine, but refused to help me move my luggage and other bags to it.

Family trip

It was a quick 2 night stay but the room was spacious and very clean. It had an almost full size refrigerator, microwave and even a kuerig which was very nice. I would absolutely stay again. Great value and felt very comfortable there.

It's an extended stay so there are a lot of transient types. But other than that for the price I'd definitely stay again. It was very clean and close to everything. Disney was like 15 min away. 2 Walmarts less then 2 miles and plenty of places to eat

I saw the negative reviews. I've been here for a few days and so far it's been great. Quiet, clean, the bed is super comfortable, there aren't any bugs or anything, floors are pretty clean, especially compared to like a days inn or Wyndham type hotel. The staff are really nice. Especially maintenance. Plus it's pet friendly and everyone has been welcoming of both me and my dog.

A Decent Place

The room smelled clean and great! However, there were roaches. At first I thought they were bugs from the outside but nope. I bought Raid and sprayed the entire room. A bunch came out from the corner wall and slowly died. Aside from that it was a comfortable stay. The pool was clean and refreshing!

Check in was easy and staff pleasant. Then we entered room. Tv did not work hair drier had burnt plug and also didn`t work. Stains on bedding and towels. Light bulbs bare in bathroom. Did get tv repaired next day. Blinds were chipped and had many open areas to outside. Family stayed in a room that had blinds with cut ends so that all was in view from outside. There were no curtains to cover blinds and their doorknob fell off. We all only stayed 2 nights thankfully. Do your homework and check reviews as we found many too late. Best part was pleasant staff!
