"Overall it is a great property. The pool is nice, bar has good selection. Small little activities for the kids to do. The rooms themselves need some upgrades. The carpet looks dingy. The grout in the shower has some bad spots. Some of the furniture needs to be replaced as it’s old and isn’t comfortable. Just a side note… we had the firework view room, the view of the fireworks were great but it does mean you’re facing the highway which was loud. We had a great time here though!! The location is perfect. "

"Went for a convention & stayed longer to experience the resort. Beautiful space. Pools were great. Food was awesome. Saying all of that the staff were the best part. Not one negative or even luke warm reaction. Greeted by everyone at all times. I visit Orlando time to time for the theme parks and from now on I’ll stay here and drive or shuttle to them instead. Actually relaxing while being close to all attractions. Super close to epic, shuttle available to universal. "

"I stayed for one night. I put my things in the room, I slept, I went out, I came back and slept until morning. Everything was clean and quiet for the most part. It is nicely renovated and the owner is a great man. Super kind and focused on customer satisfaction. Everything is new. GO STAY THERE! It looks desolate in the back of the lot, but it's ok....its a great place to be and quite safe."

"Hello, the room window didn't close completely, there was a lot of noise coming from outside. On the second night, the window was repaired and closed, but there was still noise from outside at night because the hotel is to the highway and we could hear the car noise. Stayed for 2 nights. The room was never cleaned. The towels weren't changed at all."

"The outside of my room had garbage and debris from housekeeping. The shower head leaked and the thermostat light was annoying. The room was clean and I had a great pool view. "
