Staff was courteous - helped when we accidentally put the wrong license plate for parking lot fee. Hotel was very clean, as was our room. Morning breakfast was well stocked and prepared perfectly. Very pleased with visit.

Great place to stay, comfortable and the team works is very kindness. But, is a little far from downtown, you need to rent a car or use lift and Uber. But overall it is excellent, if you have a time you can enjoy the greats amenities in the hotel, pool, fitness center, and I have a special praise to the entire reception team, all then really very kind and efficient. Delicious free breakfast.

If you are visiting the USTA National Campus this is a very convenient location. Lots of restaurants and shopping. Hotel is very clean and staff was very helpful.

This hotel needs serious attention. Our room was filthy - hair all over the bathroom, dirty toilet, stained shower curtain. The carpeting had two big stains right in the middle of the room. The towels were thin and all of them were stained. Very poor condition especially for the price. The only reason I didn’t give this hotel 1 star was because the lobby was nice and the staff was friendly. Will never be back and would advise you not to waste your money here.

Great staff, great property. Stayed there about 35 nights in the past year. Paying for parking in a suburban neighborhood is a first for me. Seems a bit much.
