"Room was ok but their card didn’t work for us to open door daily we stayed five days waterpark was open but slides weren’t open any day room fan was not working we advised them twice but never fixed it "

"There’s no one at the front desk. They gave us a code. The code did not work. Eventually a staff pass by and open with a key. We text and call to get a working code and never got a hold of anyone. We could not leave the room or we would be lock out. No hot shower. German cockroaches everywhere. And a horrible bad. Again… you can’t complain as they will not answer phone or text. Save your self a headache. Do not stay here."

"Breakfast did not come with the stay because we didn't book directly through them. The room was humid, but the AC worked. We were on the first floor and people were talking until about midnight out there and the windows weren't sound proof at all. But very clean and could walk to the gas station easily for food."
