"Excellent buffet breakfast selection, hot food was always hot and fresh. Room was spotlessly clean. Staff were friendly, professional and incredibly helpful particularly with one of our group who is blind."

"Great stay at the hotel. The room is large, spacious and clean, large, thick and luxurious towels, free bottles of water that were replaced daily. The staff at the reception are cordial and full of goodwill. The gym and pool are a perfect treat at the end of each day. The breakfast is varied and delicious. The location is excellent and public transportation to all attractions is a short walk away. There is no doubt that the experience was wonderful and we would be happy to stay here on our next visit."

"Good location. 20mins walk from Marylebone station. 10 mins walk to Regent park. Breakfast was great- good selection of full english and continental- vegetarian sausages available on request Our room had the direction for prayer which was really useful and considerate."

"clean bed clean toilet but everything else is old and tired. Bath is hot but shower is luke warm. Bed is old and makes sound but sleepable. Quite noisy all room facing main street. No central heating but a big heating machine in room. TV is about 14inch not smart, smallest I have seen anywhere. Good location for shows and events and good price, wont mind staying again for the price."

"Great hotel, handy to the tube, plenty of local shops and cafes in walking distance. Room was very clean and spacious. Room did not have carpet, which I thought strange, but it was probably more hygienic. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again."

"Overpriced hostels, it's alright overall, but their customers service is horrible, I ask them multiple time over multiple day for clean towels and I only got them on day 3, they do not clear our room regularly either, I upgraded to have coffee in my room and they keep forgetting to give us coffee and would mix decaf with regular cafe even after requesting no decaf, its full of young students everywhere and the room are ridiculously small ( even after I upgraded my room to more space which costed me quite a bit ) the room was the smallest room I ever been in. It felt as if it was a hostel not a hotel at all. Won't be going back."
