The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast which I purchased as a extra was rather cool and not really hot enough. The room I booked had a very large comfortable bed. The room itself was tired, especially the bathroom with a dripping tap and an empty bottle of shower gel and a full bottle of hand was but both in the wrong place. The hotel is fine for a one night stay and great value for money. Dont expect top quality and you will be happy.

Very nice place to stay it's comfortable the staff members are all nice, hands down I would recommend and stay there again. Its right off the M1 easy on easy off. Watford is just around the corner. London is a stone throw away. I wish they would include parking for hotel guests, then it would be a home run. The breakfast is really good they even cook your eggs on a request any style.

Great Choice for Accessing Northern London

Clean and well-presented lobby and room. Reasonable parking option, which is good for 24h from arrival time. Breakfast was very good and had what you would expect for a full English, along with continental optionsā€”reasonable price. Location is excellent for car travellers as it is just off the A1, in the back end of a rest stop, and very quiet. Best part is this hotel is pet-friendly šŸ¶.

The room was very cold although a portable heater was provided. The children beds werenā€™t so comfortable and another pillow would have been appreciated. When we come we were told that the breakfast would have been a bit tight due to a big group booking. Although I appreciate their honesty we ended up not booking the breakfast.

The staff were pleasant. The hotel is rather 'tired' especially the bathroom. No Plug socket next to the bed for mobile phone to be connected. Breakfast was not as good as in the past. The 'hot food' was cold despite being on a heated plate - it had obviously been sitting for a while. The fruit salad is tinned rather than fresh fruit. Cheese was dry and not refreshed.

Great if not paying too much

Pleasant check in. Facilities basic and room quite grubby with broken top window ( no handle) so open all night! Dirt on edges of bed base also. Breakfast was lovely and ample parking but no charging facilities as statedā€¦these are only at the actual service station. Overall if cheap enough on the day of choice then itā€™s a good bargain stay with great breakfast and staff.

Accessible and affordable

The Ramada is spacious inside and plenty of invalid parking space. Our room was on the ground floor and the dining area was accessible down ramps as well as steps. The breakfast was full of alternatives. The bed was large and comfortable.
