"My family and I absolutely loved our stay. We brought our 16 month old and 3 year old which is always a risk. The pack and play was ready in our room, they accommodated to early check in, they had a lovely pool for down time, and they had really good quality food for in hotel service which we always appreciate for convenience. Most importantly, the location next to aquarium (with view of seals from hotel) and other spots like north end were within minutes of walking. We could not be more pleased with the hotel, location and staff. "

"Room and bathroom were spotless. Great location to everything. There was a late night emergency evacuation and everything moved seamlessly (we were on the 15th floor and made it down in no time). Hotel restaurant and bar were very nice and was a great place for late night relaxing following a day of sightseeing."

"If you're looking for a peaceful night's sleep, this is not a good choice. Could hear the elevator and doors opening and closing all night long. The staff was friendly. The valet parking is $65 a night and when I called to retrieve my car, the automated system could not find it - talk about a scary way to start the day. "

"My room was considered a "city view" room and the windows were like 6ft+ up on the wall so i definitely didnt see a whole lot of anything. But that was my only problem great stay otherwise "
