"The apartment we stayed in was very nice, clean and comfortable. Only issue was the communication on how to get our keys for the room, lady on the phone was quite rude. "

"The property was beautiful and Olivia was very helpful. The check in process is the only reason that I rated this lower than Excellent because it was difficult to access app initially and I received no instructions until paperwork was satisfied which involved sending photos of selfies with ID's as well as CC selfie and this was not clear in booking which felt a bit off as I had never had to do this in past travels and bookings."
