The carpet throughout the hotel, especially in the rooms, is in dire need of replacement. The carpet in my room must be 25 years old and filthy. The carpet was buckling in many places."

"Breakfast was expensive for what it offered, but I guess to be expected at a conference center hotel. The gym didn’t have any weights under 15lbs and no water in weight room. The front desk wasn’t very attentive and the breakfast host was rude. Room was nice and clean, but I was in the second floor near the pool and it was loud at night. "

"Very close to O'Hare which is exactly what I wanted. Staff were friendly and the hotel had some nice things like exercise room, pool and cafe. Parking was more than listed on Hotels.com, and the door to my room had to be pushed hard to fully shut. "

"I truly enjoyed my stay @ the Chicago o”hare Aloft. Truly a great local close the the convention center. The staff was pleasant and the room modern and clean. I would recommend them and definitely stay again. Plus they have a pool! "

"Bathroom doors are 30" and bathrooms are tight. Bathroom also had a few minor broken items (outlet, door stop, tp holder) Restaurant dinner was excellent. Did not use the pool as it was full of kids and families. Staff was friendly and helpful."
