I was disappointed that the pool was down for maintenance issues and I wish the front desk had detailed information to offer on the attractions in the area and info on the shopping shuttle bus. They had nothing at all. However, our stay at ALoft was very pleasant. It was clean, functional and quiet.

Everything was fine I just didn’t like how I had to personally request for housekeeping every day, there was no room service and pool wasn’t open. This is more for a quick stay and leave option, not for vacation
