"Very relaxing. Food not great "

"Check in was rushed , wasn’t explained very well where our room was located , spent 15 minutes looking for it. Room was outdated for price . Bed was too soft did speak to the duty manager as I have a bad back, house keeping came to room with a white looking doona that had yellow stains over it and was told that was a mattress topper , house keeping were shocked at condition of it as she pulled out of a black garbage bag, then maintence came to our room with a big square piece of wooden board , stripped the bed sheet off , place wood on top of mattress and put sheet on top . That was so hard my partner took it off and went and saw duty manager he said best he could do as all mattresses are the same , he said no one had ever complained about the matresses been soft before . Dinner valentines night waited 90 minutes for food , food was below average , looked at 13 dirty tables during our visit , staff member was rude, when paying our bill the lady asked if “ I had calm down and wanted to talk . My reply was no and headed to to the duty manager. I did also make a written complaint to the Abbey and they replied but didn’t really care , for the money we paid for a 2 night stay , very disappointing. Would not go back ."

"Excellent location in the heart of Margaret River. We had 5 adults staying in this 2 bedroom apartment and it was more than large enough to accommodate us. The kitchen was well-equipped allowing us to cook comfortably without falling over each other. Highly recommended."

"My family has been staying at the Sebel for many years. When the children were young they loved the indoor and outdoor pool and the games room. Now they are teenagers they love the close proximity to the beach where they use their stand up paddle boards and they still love the games rooms and the nearby shops. The adults love the restaurant and bar next door....."
