Escape to your own private oasis with our stunning stand-alone studio. Equipped with a refreshing plunge pool, sauna and chilled ice bath, also a day bed exclusively for guests' use, the studio is situated in a tranquil neighborhood for a peaceful stay. Enjoy the convenience of on-site parking and complimentary Wi-Fi. Relax and unwind in front of the Smart TV, featuring Netflix and other free-to-air apps, while the air conditioning keeps you cool and comfortable or warm and cosy as required. EV charging available by arrangement.
Enjoy a super comfortable queen bed and luxury linen, a choice of pillows and an abundance of towels.
Step outside to the alfresco dining area, complete with a BBQ and induction cooktop, and all the necessary utensils for a delightful outdoor dining experience. Please note, the plunge pool may not be heated during the winter months but you can use our personal sauna at anytime. Get in some putting practice before your game at the stunning Margaret River Golf Club. A very friendly small dog also resides on the premises.

Margaret River has a great reputation for its multiple venues and activities to offer, from wine and breweries tours to outdoor activities. It has a great selection of restaurants in town (5 mins drive or 20 minutes walk) plus all of the wineries for enjoying your culinary experiences.

Lovely place and great host

John was a fantastic host and his dog Gianni was the cutest little thing. The pool was such a bonus as well. Couldn't have asked for a more perfect place to stay in Margz for our anniversary weekend.

Very nice place for a couple to stay. John and family were great hosts and nothing was too much trouble for them. The pool, sauna and other nice touches make this a place you should want to stay. A lot of thought has gone into the accommodation and we really appreciated this.

Beautiful accommodation

The accommodation has beautiful surroundings and facilities The owner John made us feel very welcome and at home. I strongly recommend the daybed and pool. Will definitely be staying here again!

Relaxing break

My partner and myself stayed here for the last week and can highly recommend staying here, the accommodation is very clean and comfortable, the host was very friendly and accommodating, the location is beautiful and very quiet. Lovely for a couple to enjoy some quiet time together and not too far out of town either. Would definitely stay here again and can not thank the host John and Joon enough

Perfect Margaret River Weekend

We had a fantastic stay here. John was very helpful and made sure everything was right for our stay. The pool was beautifully heated and it’s only a short walk to the town centre. We loved our stay!

Lovely quiet little studio about 30 mins walk off the main street. Clean and well maintained. Well equipped to cook in/have a night in or close enough to walk out on a night (2km approx) Very friendly, helpful hosts and we would certainly stay here again.

Amazing stay

Stayed at this beautiful property over the weekend for my birthday for some much needed relaxation. The room was immaculate and cozy and loved being able to use the pool and sauna which complimented our r&r.John was very friendly and we enjoyed the cuddles from.his beautiful little dog Giovanni who was very friendly.I will definately be staying here on my next visit. Highly recommended.

A little Oasis

A lovely little unit with a fabulous plunge pool. Very pleasant outdoor area with everything you could want for a holiday. John is a wonderful host and we had a perfect week here exploring the area. Would stay here again.
