The property was very safe and secure for me and my family. The property itself was well placed from street level allowing us quick access to the Metro and taxi services (although all the main tourist sites were at most 1 hour walk away - so if you prefer to walk you can!) Our host Giulia was fantastic, communicating well in advance of our arrival and providing is advice and assistance for everything from places to eat to extra services for our stay! Would definitely stay her again! Ciao Bella! Until next time!

I would have given this place 5 stars if I had not been double-charged. We stayed here for two nights via Expedia (September 29 and 30, 2025), and I made the full payment to Expedia on June 27, 2025. Everything went smoothly at first — the location and facilities were great. The trouble started the day before our arrival when I was contacted by Milena, the hotel administrator, through WhatsApp. She asked me to fill out a link to get our virtual access code. That’s when I realized this was actually an Airbnb, not a traditional hotel. At first, I declined to share my passport and credit card information, but later I thought maybe it was just for a security deposit and decided to complete the form. Unfortunately, soon after, I noticed I was charged €125 twice. I immediately contacted Milena, provided screenshots of both charges, and explained the situation. At first, she seemed helpful and said she would contact her company — but later, she stopped responding and claimed there was no double charge. After returning home, I had to reach out to Expedia for assistance, which caused a lot of unnecessary stress. I strongly advise other travelers to be cautious when booking this property. No guest should be penalized for trusting a place that turns out to operate like an Airbnb. I’m still waiting for Expedia’s help and truly hope they resolve this fairly.

Beware of Extra Costs and Lack of Response

Be very careful with the extra charges here. They require a 30€ cash fee if you check in after 20:00. For the deposit, you’re asked to use a third-party app that adds an extra 3.5€ fee. I asked for these charges to be included in my invoice during the check-in and followed up three more times over the next two weeks after leaving, but never received a reply. Communication is also poor. They insist on using WhatsApp only instead of the official booking platform (Hotels.com in my case). After checkout, they stopped replying altogether. They answered the phone once, only to tell me to send a message on WhatsApp, but I have received no reply. The property itself consists of several room apartments on the same floor. Unfortunately, the noise isolation is very poor, you can hear everyone entering or walking through the hallway.

La habitación es muy espaciosa, con un baño de gran tamaño bien equipado y funcional. Milena fue encantandora, nos transmitió calma al llegar (el traslado desde el aeropuerto puede ser un poco estresante) no explicó todo sobre la suite y nos dió tips y recomendaciones muy útiles. La propiedad tiene una gran ubicación pero puede ser un tanto intimidante llegar en la noche, sin embargo, el edificio y las suites cuentan con sistemas muy seguros.
