The host's were very welcoming and gave amazing recommendations for things to do in the area and places to eat, the area was walkable, very close to the vatican, the property was clean and great check in, you get exactly what you see in the photos. We were happy to stay here.

It's in an old hotel room/airbnb type. No frills not even a hair dryer. Thin towels. Shower leaks out of flimsy curtain. Gets cleaned daily. Has 1 very small trash can in the toilet. Only pluses 15 minutes walk to St. Peters, lots of restaurants nearby. Close to metro and taxis. The owners can be reached by phone and will respond. Okay for the price. Dont expect much. AC is good. Important for me. Be precise with arrival time so the owner can open the doors for you.

Very pleased with my stay of 10 days. Walkable to the Vatican. Several great restaurants near by. Staff was very helpful and friendly and allowed me to check in early with my bags and assists with rides from the airport and back. I would stay here again without any hesitation!

I visited from the US, and loved this place! Great location, right next to restaurants and pharmacies. Close to St. Peter’s. Beautiful architecture. I will say the room is small however I didn’t have an issue with it as I was only sharing it with my sister. I would 100% stay here again. Cheap and amazing location!

Most horrible place, unsanitary, only accepts cash, water leaking in washroom, my fad almost slipped , made us wait almost half hour outside when arriving from airport, they dont answer the phone , the lady suzanne has bad attitute . Stay in a hostel or anywhere else .

They went home on Christmas eve without solving my late check-in request, I spent Christmas eve in a car on the street with my wife and 3 kids trying to find alternate accommodations. It took me 3 hours with Expedia customer service (9pm - midnight) of which 1.5 hours on an international call to finally find mediocre accommodations, but it was midnight and we needed a place to sleep. Really horrible customer service from the Vatican Holiday staff and Expedia customer service.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Les hôtes sont très accueillant, nous étions attendons et nous avons même eu le droit à un plan détaillé de Rome pour nos visites. La chambre est bien aménagée même si elle la salle de bain mériterait un peu coup de neuf. Si nous de nouveau de passage à Rome pour reviendrons avec plaisir !

Un accueil fantastique de la part de Beatrice. Situé à 15 minutes du Vatican, avec de nombreux restaurants à proximité. Attention cependant, le stationnement est pratiquement impossible à trouver. La chambre est petite mais propre, et équipée de tout le nécessaire, y compris un réfrigérateur.
