Great place to stay

Room/ washroom was clean. Easy check in. Lots of restaurants and shops around. A/C was good. Great place to be able to walk to most tourist attractions. Taxi stops on both sides of residence. Easy to get around.

Trastevere Royal Suite

Amazing property close to everything. Traffic in ROME is a nightmare, so we walked almost everywhere. The room was very nice and spacious. Dining options all around the property.

Great Stay

I arrived after the check in time but informed the hotel in advance of my arrival time. They gave me easy to follow instructions and were available by phone throughout the quick check in process. The room was nice and spacious with AC. Great location with restaurants nearby.

Good location but difficult to access staff

Good location near eg line 8. Our room was very spacious, even if the interior is slightly worn out. The negative part was that the availability of the personell is very limited, even less than than stated (3 - 6 pm). The problem we highlighted took therefore long time to solve and some was not solved at all. The linen was said to be changed after 3 days, but was not.

I cannot rate Trastavere Royal Suite highly enough. Had an incredible stay LOVED the trastavere neighborhood. SO many great places to explore. Eduardo was AWESOME. SO helpful and just really a lovely person. Great English as well. Our daughter is studying at JCU and this location was just perfect. Also easy to get to ask the major sites. Walkable, public transport (took to train and to/from coliseum) right there. Super market right there, good, coffee right there. It was the best! Plus our room had this sitting area that was like having another room. Close the curtains and I could get up early and work in the lovely window space while my husband slept soundly in pitch dark begging need. Would*definitely stay here again.

The air didn’t cool well so i left my window open which exposed me to street noise. No big deal. The bathroom smelled of sewage so I kept the bathroom door closed. THE TRUE HIGHLIGHT WAS EDWARD WHO WORKED THE FRONT DESK. I had traveled all day from northern italy to rome and i knew i was going to be late for check in. I warned Edward via WhatsApp and he so kindly stayed after check in was over and let me in. I was so exhausted and so very grateful that i didn’t have to struggle physically or mentally at check in. I am not sure i would have survived it without Edward. He was always a phone call away to answer my questions. I really can not stress enough how he kindness improved my stay! Thanks so mich to Edward!

Boutique Hotel, conveniently located in Trastevere

This boutique hotel was convenient to everything we wanted to do. It was walking distance to the Vatican and to the Roman ruins across the Tiber River. There were many restaurants nearby, which made it nice to step out for a quick bite or leisurely dinner.

We enjoyed our stay at Trastavere Royal Suite. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The room was clean and promptly cleaned every morning. The facilities are smaller with only 4 or 5 suites/rooms. It felt safe and was quiet, even situated on a busy street. They do not have staff on site all the time, so people should be aware of this. We did run out of toilet paper by day 3 and there was no one around to ask to restock.

A great option!

Was our final stay upon returning to Rome. Location is great once you find it (no signage or anything and we walked around the building 2x before I looked for a picture of the door. Checkin was a little chaotic. Didn't know what floor it was on. Debit/credit machine didn't work to pay the tourist tax. But was fine otherwise. Room was clean. The property itself is like rooms in an apartment building. But we heard minimal from other guests. Very easy to get around from location. Bus and tram stops 30 feet away. For the price I would go back!

Only the handheld lower shower worked. There is an overhead shower but no way to activate it. I thought maybe I was missing something but spoke to my friends who had another room and they had the same issue. Also, could not lock the door when I was going to bed. The lock is misaligned with the slot it goes into. Ended up just propping a suitcase against the door and hoping for the best.

Mini market across the road, little restaurants underneath and opppsite. AC worked fine, bed very comfy. Shower door leaked, but nothing a towel on the floor couldnt sort. Overall pleasant stay.
