Okay stay
It was a comfortable room, clean. Toilet seat was not fitted properly. We had a delayed check in time due to train strikes and having to drive into Rome all the way from Bologna. Was asked for a late check in fee which was unnerving. I explained the situation and it was waived. The next morning, breakfast was served in room prompt but was told to check out at 11 sharp which again, was unnerving. Felt very rushed and not comfortable. Room was nicely decorated and spacious but likely won't return.

Great location, good trasport links with bus 70 to Termini right outside front door and metro nearby. Lots of good places to eat and professional area rather than Turist.

Great little Accommodation in a perfect location
Great find on Hotels.com! Looks a bit odd as the rooms are on the 3rd floor of a building with offices underneath, however they are perfect for visiting Rome. Friendly staff giving helpful tips. 15 minute walk to Vatican, Trevi, Pantheon and loads of restaurants and bars a 2 minute walk away! Must go to Cafe Portofino, that was excellent for breakfast & lunch!

The owner was super nice. We arrived super late and he waited for us nonetheless, we are very grateful. The accommodations are very comfortable and aesthetically pleasing . Great area and accessibility. Would most definitely return here. Highly recommended thanks to the accommodations and incredible service that was provided to us by the owner and staff

This is FAR from being a high rated property! to start it needs a better management, kids run it and have no interest in serving people well. We got their shower drain was clogged. Room much smaller than it looks on the pictures and breakfast was served on a tray but there's no table to seat so we had to seat on bed and eat. Multiple keys to access the place and bad elevator system. Can only , maybe be a 5 never over 9 as advertised.

The sound insulation is bad. My room is booked as a luxury suite, but it is only average. The property charged Euro 15 for a late check-in which was the first time I came across. Check-out time is 11:00a.m. Right before 11:00 a.m. a very unpleasant receptionist knocked on my door to hurry me to get out of the room. I regret to choose this hotel

This place is an apartment/hotel. But their service is amazing! The room have everything you need, fridge, coffee, tea, wine courtesy, nice shower, beautiful room and very clean! Nice area where you can get in most important places walking about 15 min. Nice breakfast served to your room. The best was their attendant JAMES! He is amazing and will go above and beyond to make sure you get your needs cover. (Please make sure to tip him nicely as he deserves!). I absolutely recommend this place!!!!
