Bättre frukost och engelsk information

Mycket bra läge. Urkass frukost. Träffade bara en som kunde engelska. Det är ok, Men då måste det göras en informationspärm där allt viktigt står på olika språk. Fö vänlig personal som försökte hjälpa till trots språkförbistringen. Rummet helt ok.

La posizione del b&b e' srategica e centrale,.dalla stazione termini a piedi sono 10 minuti con taxi sono 8 €. La posizione ti permette di girare a piedi e visitare tutto. La stazione metro Cavour e' a 50 mt. La struttura del B&B e' al 5 piano di un vecchio palazzo c'e' un ascensore. Il servizio e la colazione e' molto semplice. In via Cavour c'e' un ottima pasticceria e ristorante "Ciardi" dalla sig.ra Enza, la trattoria romana da Valentino e un altro caffe Cavour per pan cake, creps, insalatone, panini caldi, piatti caldi.

Das Zimmer war sauber, neu renoviert und geräumig.

Das Hotel lag sehr zentral. Das Zimmer mit Bad war sauber, groß und wohl gerade neu renoviert. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das einzige was noch verbesserungswürdig ist, war das Frühstück. Da gab es dann eingeschweißte weiche Croissant mit Zucker und Zwieback, Nescafe und Tee. Aber da sind wir dann in die Stadt und haben dort gefrühstückt. Würde dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Hier stimmt das Preisleistungsverhältnis.

Non è un albergo, è una camera in una palazzina all’ultimo piano. Colazione quasi inesistente, abbiamo pagato le tasse di soggiorno nonostante sulla prenatozione erano incluse ( con tanto di stampa ). Unica cosa positiva era a 5 minuti dal centro e aveva la metro sotto il palazzo. Non lo consiglio.

Excelente localização. Bom custo-benefício

Ficamos num quarto de família com uma cama de casal e duas de solteiro. Atendimento muito bom. As camas são bem confortáveis, o quarto e o banheiro limpos. As toalhas foram trocadas todos os dias. O box do banheiro é bem pequeno, assim como outros hotéis que ficamos na Itália. Possui secador de cabelo e amenidades de banho. O café da manhã é simples com brioches e torradas de pacote, café, suco, geleia e manteiga conforme anunciado. Para quem deseja pagar por um café da manhã com mais opções tem uma tabacaria no mesmo prédio do hotel. A localização é excelente, próximo a vários pontos turísticos, fomos a pé até o Coliseu, para o Vaticano pegamos o metrô. A placa de sinalização do hotel é pequena sobre o interfone. Tem que subir um lance de escada até o elevador.

Ideale Lage im Zentrum

Wir waren überrascht, wie gut ausgestattet die Zimmer in dieser kleinen Pension waren. Kein Hotelservice, aber man hat alles, was man braucht. Wir hatten etwas Mühe, es zu finden - es gibt nur ein Klingelschild an der Haustüre. Man muss auch viele Treppen steigen (5. Stock), es sei denn, man vertraut dem alten Aufzug :) Soll aber ja gesund sein. Insgesamt ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für einen Rom Besuch.

Limpio y cercano a todo.

Tener en cuenta q no es un hotel, son habitaciones individuales en un edificio. No hay conserjería si llegas de noche, por lo tanto no hay nadie que te abra. Eso no lo dice el anuncio.

This is not a hotel. It has no indication from road that this is the correct place. You have to buzz the correct floor- 5th floor - where you see a plack for the Tourist House. It was odd - but when you go in it has multiple rooms for rent. Surprising the view is good, the air conditioning works good. The bathroom was gorgeous. It was a great place to relax. It is a good location, just 1/2 a block to the subway. There was a good restaurant just down the block. The guy was great because he let us keep our bags there till noon.

Dans l'ensemble c'était bien...

Bien situé, près du métro, facile pour se promener et découvrir la ville, à proximité de plusieurs restaurants, nous notre chambre était un peu désuète, mais j'ai vu qu'il yen avait d'autres plus grandes et dont la salle de bain avait été refait donc, précisé au moment de la reservation. Beau hall d'entrée et il y a un ascenseur, utile avec les bagages.personnel avec difficulté de comprehension.Somme toute on le recommenderait !

콜로세움과 가까운 B&B

대표사진에 보이는 건물 5층만 사용하는 B&B입니다. 영화에 나오는 엘리베이터가 정말 인상적이었네요. 콜로세움과 가깝고 테르미니역과도 비교적 가까운 편입니다. 하지만 콜로세움을 제외한 로마 명소들을 둘러보고 나서 돌아올때 걸어오기엔 먼 거리에요. 버스나 메트로를 이용해야 합니다. 아침식사는 빵, 과자, 커피 가져다가 자기 방에서 먹는데요 빵은 맛있어요. 그리고 물 끓이는 커피메이커는 사용하지 마시길... 오래되서 안에 물떼도 끼고 플라스틱이라서 그런지 씻어도 씻어도 물에 이상한 가루 같은게 둥둥 뜹니다. 왠만하면 커피메이커는 바꾸는 게 좋겠더만 쩝. 시티택스는 어린애, 어른 구분없이 1박당 3.5유로 청구합니다

Great location for seeing Rome

The best thing about Tourist House is the location, 5 minutes walk from the Colosseum. Also handy to Metro stop and many restaurants. Room was adequate: good beds, small table and chairs; tiny bathroom. Breakfast is limited: coffee, cake plus packaged croissants. Interestingly, the lift goes to half a floor above or below, so you need to carry luggage up - or down - some stairs.

Posizione strategica

Cercavo qualcosa nel quartiere Monti e girando tra i vari siti mi è capitato il tourist hotel. Posizione davvero strategica, con la metro ed il bus a 10 metri. Gentile e disponibile il gestore, ci ha dato la camera prenotata diversa dalle foto ma non importa.Avevo trovato un'offerta scontata e quindi non gli ho proprio chiesto il perchè del cambio....e poi dal 5 piano la vista rimediava a tale mancanza. La camera, silenziosissima, ha tutto il necessario,climatizzatore caldo/freddo,piccolo frigo bar pieno di bibite, tavolino per la colazione e maxi tv da 45 pollici a parete. Il bagno completamente rifatto è piccolo ma funzionale con addirittura la cromo terapia. La colazione la servono al buffet (panettone, cornetti confezionati, fette biscottate, latte, caffè,the, succhi etc) e si consuma in camera. Sinceramente il rapporto qualità/ prezzo soprattutto rispetto alla posizione è stato davvero ottimo. Si è vicinissimi al Colosseo, ai fori imperiali ed a tutti i bellissimi localini del quartiere Monti .

Fint lägenhetshotell väldigt centralt

Fräsch lägenhet på 5e vån. AC, skön säng, franska balkonger och nyrenoverat badrum Ligger 5 min gång från colusseum och forum romanum. Väldigt centralt, 15 min gång till andra centrala delar av stan. Metro bakom husknuten. Frukost något bristfällig med enbart sötsaker o kaffe/te.

Shoddy b&b in central Rome

Old, run down hotel, not cheap either. Our room was smelly (I guess the smell came from the old carpet), and a bit noisy. Staff was friendly, but it's the only good thing about the place. Breakfast was very sad -- instant coffee and not much more -- without a real room to have it. However, location is great: literally few steps from Coloseum and all the best Rome has to offer. If you don't care about the smell, it's ok to visit the city, but I guess for that price you can find something better.

Great location, nice rooms

Very pleasant room, new, great location. It is in an apartment building, so you get the keys and you are free to come and go as you please. The breakfast isn/t very inspiring though. Packed croissants, cake, cornflakes and milk and filter coffee. Literally nothing else.

Great location, clean, affordable

The Tourist House allows you to feel like you are living in Rome, not just visiting. The large front doors open to a marble lobby and from their you either take the large marble stairs or the antique exposed elevator to the top floor. When you enter you are assigned a room down the hallway of rooms, each is small but not crowded, bathrooms are nice and everything is very clean. Luca and his brother are both very kind and hospitable. It's also located across from the metro which is very easy to ride and much cheaper than cabs, or a nice short walk to the coliseum. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a clean affordable place in Rome.
