I actually searched for this as I helped my friend to get a flight and hotel in such a short notice. I am familiar with Rome and they loved the hotel (family of 3) everything is just walking distance and a short metro ride to and from Vatican!

Great location and very friendly staff
Second time staying here; steps away from the Spanish Steps, with restaurants and shopping as soon as you step on to the street. Friendly staff; just be prepared to walk a bit…reception desk is about a 4 minute walk to the actual room.

Wonderful staff!
Very helpful staff, they speak English, Spanish and Italian. I’m sure they speak all others. The staff was really wonderful! The rooms are small, and there isn’t water or coffee in them. Overall pleasant stay. I would recommend for a short stay

Great accommodations and centrally located
We were in need of last minute accommodations in Rome when our hotel's air conditioning broke and it was stifling hot in our room. This hotel has multiple properties in Rome and gave us the option to chose our building which was just down the street from the Spanish Steps. The property was 4 rooms with a common area and kitchen. All the bedrooms were very clean and spacious. Thank you to the Spanish Suite for a great night's sleep!

Amazing place, conplicate to arrive. Its a very old bulding , but very beautifull rooms to stay. Super clean and very big rooms.

WORST HOTEL!!! BEWARE THE PICTURES ARE TOTALLY LIES! This is my worst experience ever in staying at the hotel. Everything is dirty and broken... I dont know why this hotel is still operating. It feels so unsafe and no privacy. Last thing the bed sheet and everything in the room are so dirty. I rather lose my money and book another hotel for my trip. My biggest dissapointment for booking this hotel, if I can give 0 star I would

I thought it would be a cosy boutique hotel but it ended up being a really small room in the middle of a regular building. The room itself had no light, we ended up sneezing a lot due to the mold. Anyways, when we got there, the lady that received us was really nice and welcoming but after that we had to ask for wifi and we only got access to the password 1 day later, we called 3 times asking and no one could answer us. The other thing is that there was no hairdryer in our room and when I called to ask, the woman that answered the phone was rude and even sighed. One day, our toiled paper ended and they didn't replace it. The bed and the pillows were unconfortable. I was really really disappointed, I expected a lot more from a hotel that looked really nice in the pictures, had a good review and I payed 160 euros/night.

Comfortable and affordable
For my first visit to Rome, this b&b was great. Very well located, only a few blocks from the Spanish Steps and the Fontana di Trevi. I would recommend the hotel to install grab bars in the shower and have one rubber hug beside it.

Do not stay here. The Spanish Suite catfishes you into thinking it’s much nicer than it is. It’s not a hotel, but rooms scattered across different buildings than where you think the location actually is. The room we stayed in was the most “new, updated, modern” option that The Spanish Suite has (so they told us) and it was completely filthy, with dirty, stained, scuffed up walls. There are bugs crawling and flying everywhere even without keeping the window open. The WiFi does NOT work and based on other reviews it appears that the staff acts like it’s a one time thing while you’re there but it’s a permanent problem.

Spanish Suites Holiday
The staff was extremely helpful upon arrival. They assisted us in taking care of phone calls for tours and helping us find a place to park our rental car. We were upgraded to a Deluxe flat. The flats are at different locations around the Spanish Steps. Our building was secure and spacious with two separate walk-in showers. They provided a cell phone in suite to call for cabs and use the Internet. The bed was comfortable and everything was modern. There was a communal kitchen where we could make coffee in the morning where they provided croissants. We walked to The Catican, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Spanish Astro’s and popular Piazza’s. Plenty of al fresco dining nearby. We will come and stay again!

A perfect central Rome room!
This hotel is Perfectly located in Rome! A walk away from all the attractions and sites, it's location is a akin to Mayfair in London, with plenty of high end shopping and trattorias on your door step. For the price it is fantastic! There is no concerige or hotel restaurant as such, but this is not reflected in the price you are paying, which is fine by me.

Simple but comfortable in a great location
The suites are in a really great location, on a very cute side street away from the noise and crowds of the main drag but very close to key attractions. There are some nice places to eat nearby, and a supermarket and organic shop right next door. It's a bit of a funny set up getting up to the rooms, but the ones we had were comfortable, clean and a good size. The decor is modern and understated but nice. The only drawback was that there was a sewage smell in our bathroom. Our travelling companions didn't have this problem though.

Excellent hotel, so close to everything!
We were so happy when we arrived at this suite! It was clean, modern and the location was prefect for walking to every main site in Rome! The staff were so good and nothing was an issue! The hotel is just off the main road that runs through the centre of Rome, which leads to all the main tourist attractions! We never used transport as it was so easy to walk everywhere! Finally the hotel is surrounded by lovely restaurants, with exceptional food! We would definitely come back to stay here again!!

Clean hotel near Spanish steps. Great staff.
This hotel was very close to the Spanish steps. Great area for shopping, but otherwise not very interesting. I wish we would have stayed somewhere more "local" like Trestevare. The staff at the hotel was very helpful and friendly. Otherwise, the room was fine.

Great location near shopping and eating areas. Just a bit of a hassle for the Reception since it's located in another building. You'd have to email or visit the other building to get directions and other info. But the room was very clean and comfy. Staff very friendly and helpful. We'd stay here again if we were in Rome!

Great location
Location was very central to many attractions in Rome. Close to Metro Line and Spanish Steps. Staff was helpful and very pleasant. The room was perfect for our first time in Italy. I would stay here again.

Authentic Roman living
We loved this little apartment which was near the Spanish Steps Lots of good restaurants within walking distance of the apartment. Especially loved going for ice cream at night and sitting on the Spanish Steps. Perfect.

Excellent location for sightseeing on foot, fact sheet of local attractions and restaurants provided. Room spacious and well maintained, cleaned daily to high standard. Very happy with our choice!!

Great location for tourist stay
I booked this accommodation thinking that it would be a suite, as in the title, "Spanish Suites", and for its convenient location near my business event. Unfortunately, even the owners were calling it a B&B and that's what it turned out to be. It was just one room with en suite in a converted apartment building, no other facilities available. I don't think this is suitable for a business trip as the promised free wifi didn't work after the first day and the digital television did indeed have 900 channels...all in Italian. This wouldn't be a problem as a tourist, as you use accommodation as a base for exploring. But as a business traveller, some background TV while working in your room is more pleasant. Unfortunately the weather did not help, being cold and wet and there is no temperature control in the room, so on the first day there was no heating. This had been switched on centrally for my second day but did not work in the bathroom. My room was clean and newly decorated, and the owners, who do not stay on site at all, are clearly trying their hardest to make people's stays pleasant. So as a B&B it's good, but expensive, but it is not a suite and not so suitable for business travel. The location is, however, excellent for exploring central Rome.

es ist recht zentral, was sicher sehr gut ist, man kann die shoppings bags schnell zurück bringen und weiter gehen. wir hatten ein maisonette wohnung, also zwei stockwerke, die dusche war nicht sehr gut, sehr klein und nicht so sauber.aber wie gesagt waren direkt an via del corso.

Mediano porém em ótima localização
Achei que era um hotel porém a recepção é em um local e os quartos em outro, só acho que poderiam informar isso melhor na descrição dos serviços! As fotos que vi no anúncio não condiziam com o quarto que fiquei! Banheiro pequeno, chuveiro super pequeno! A cama não era muito confortável mas tudo era muito limpo e os funcionários super prestativos e receptivos!

房間很乾淨舒適，但真正住宿的房間地點跟訂房的地址不同，距離大約100公尺
訂房的時候顯示的地址只是check in的地址，我的房間在距離有100公尺的地方，在一個普通住宅裡，我不是很喜歡，門禁並不嚴格；除此之外，工作人員很親切，飯店提供一支手機能打電話以及上網，裡面有他們自製的app非常實用
