Great Clean Spot and Great Location

Wonderful location, close to the train, coliseum and in a great neighborhood. Very clean, great space and great price. We would definitely stay here again :-)

ในส่วนตัวถ้าเป็นคนไทยจะมาเที่ยวที่นี่ถ้าเน้นเรื่องของการใกล้แหล่งท่องเที่ยวเช่นน้ำพุเทวี หรือ โคลอสเซียม และที่อื่นๆก็ค่อนข้างสามารถเดินไปได้โดยใช้เวลาประมาณไม่เกิน 15 นาทีครับ แต่อาหารการกินแถวนี้ส่วนใหญ่ จะเป็นอาหารอิตาลีหรืออย่างดีก็ เป็นของร้านจากศรีลังกา ที่สำคัญ ลักษณะของที่พักเป็นแบบต้องดูแลตนเอง มีกุญแจอยู่หลายดอก จะเข้าที่พักได้ค่อนข้างลำบาก แม้กระทั่งตอนเช็คเอาท์ ต้องวางแผนดีๆ ถ้าคนไทยไม่คุ้นเคยอาจจะไม่ประทับใจตรงจุดนี้ได้พอสมควร แต่มีจุดดีคือ อาหารเช้า ที่ก็ต้องบริการตนเอง แต่จะว่า อาหารเช้าก็ไม่เชิงเพราะเขามีบริการตลอด 24 ชั่วโมงเราหิวเมื่อไหร่ก็มา ใช้บริการตรงจุดนี้ได้ อยู่ในที่พักครับ ช่วงแรกๆยังปรับตัวไม่ได้อึดอัดพอสมควรกับรูปแบบที่พักแบบนี้แต่อยู่ไปอยู่มาสักสองสามวันก็เริ่มชินและปรับตัวได้ครับ

Expedia hat dieses B&B mit kontinentalem Frühstück angeboten. Tatsächlich gab es nur ein italienischen Frühstück. WC-Spülung defekt. Wasserkasten läuft von selbst leer. Kaffeeautomat von 06.00 bis 10.00 Uhr in Betrieb. Zeitweise fehlt Milch, so daß die angebotenen Getränke wie Cappuchino und Kakao nicht bezogen werden können.

Nettes Personal mit tollen Tipps rund um die Stadt wie Restaurants... Jedoch: Wir waren im März da und leider war das Zimmer sehr kalt, auch die Dusche hat nicht zuverlässig warmes Wasser geliefert, weshalb man immer warten musste,nachdem jemand duschen war. Als Bettdecke gab es nur ein Laken,wir mussten ständig frieren. Das Frühstück ist mager. Es gab drei kleine Zwieback Scheiben mit etwas Marmelade und muss Nougat Creme. Dazu etwas Kuchen. Wir aßen Frühstück woanders, da es zu wenig war. Die Lage ist gut,nah am Kolloseum und an Metro- und Bus Stationen.

Расположение отличное! Персонал дружелюбный! Отель на 4 этаже, занимает 2 квартиры, имеет 5 номеров. Номера скромные. Душевая кабина в санузле не подойдет для полных людей! Звукоизоляция средняя, бывает и хуже! WiFi хороший. Завтрак скромный. Отель подойдет для тех кто гуляет по городу, а не сидит в отеле. В данном нашем случае совпали задачи с ценой и качеством, поэтому оценка - 4!

Цена и качество совпали! The price and quality OK!

Расположение отличное! Персонал дружелюбный! Номер скромный! Душевая кабина в санузле не подойдет для полных людей! Звукоизоляция средняя, но бывает и хуже! Завтрак скромный! Отель занимает две квартиры на 4 этаже и имеет 5 номеров. Отель для тех, кто не сидит в номере, а гуляет по городу! Высокая оценка отелю совпала с поставленными задачами!

Ottimo direi!

Ottima accoglienza e grande disponibilità dei gestori. La struttura è situata in un tipico palazzo romano e già qui merita. Il palazzo con il suo androne, il cortile interno, tutto tipicamente romano e visto in molti film. Se poi considerate che il palazzo è nella centrale Via Merulana, tutto ha un sapore particolare. La camera è pulita, in ordine, spaziosa. Il letto molto comodo e il bagno in ottimo stato. Colazione varia e abbondante. Ottimo direi!

Semplice, gradevole con gestori molto simpatici

Ho scelto questa sistemazione attirato dal prezzo molto competitivo e dalla posizione. Ho trovato una struttura semplice ma spaziosa e molto gradevole, con gestori/titolari simpatici, cordiali e attenti ai loro ospiti. L'unico voto "sufficiente" è dovuto alla rumorosità della strada antistante, ma non è certo colpa della struttura (e le mie orecchie di "campagnolo" sono troppo sensibili). Consigliato.

Buono...ma si sono dimenticati della colazione!

Il pernottamento è stato buono. Camera pulita e dotata dei confort necessari, acqua gratuita disponibile, personale gentile che ci ha aspettati fino alle 23 per il check-in e ci ha permesso di lasciare i bagagli fino al giorno dopo ad ora di pranzo, dandoci comunque piena disponibilità per ritirarli in qualsiasi momento lasciandoci le chiavi. Ottima posizione, a dieci minuti dal Colosseo. L unico neo è che, nonostante la sera prima avessero preso gli ordini della colazione, la mattina successiva, come se nulla fosse, la colazione non c'era, senza neanche un minimo di spiegazione da parte del personale. Magari sarà stato un caso isolato, poco male perchè la via sottostante è servita da diversi bar. Insomma, clima molto informale ed alla mano. Consigliato se si ha necessità di pernottare una o due notti in città.

Nice apartment, lovely staff, good location!

Apartment was a good size and in a very good location. Room was comfy however could have done with an extra pillow. Staff were lovely- gave us tips for sightseeing. Breakfast was ok, simple and adiquate (staff gave us extra one day because other customers didn't want any breakfast)

Bem localizado bom custo / benefício

Gostamos bastante, ótima localização... na verdade este hotel fica no quarto andar de prédio, é um grande apartamento adaptado para locação de quartos... porém quartos ótimos e bem limpos! Ótima localização e preço! Serviço de recepção que deixou a desejar, me parece ter apenas uma pessoa que faz tudo, limpeza, café da manhã, e etc... por alguns dias desapareceu e nem taxi no dia de ir embora chamaram para mim pois não havia ninguém na receção para fazer o check out, deixei a chave com um recado e fui tentar a sorte as 6:30h da manhã cheio de malas em um frio de -14 na rua... de toda forma eu e minha esposa gostamos de lá pela localização / conforto do quarto / preço ! Voltaríamos para lá!

Très bonne location. Proche de la gare et du Colisée. Permet la visite à pieds de la ville et proche d'une station de métro et de tramway si besoin. Chambre propre et bien équipée. Étant arrivée 2 heures avant l' heure normale de check-in, j' ai pu accéder à la chambre sans attendre. Possibilité de laisser son sac à l' hôtel après le check-out, le réceptionniste nous a laissé un trousseau de clés pour accéder à la réception afin de récupérer le sac en fin de journée le dimanche. Petit déjeuner basique.

Lage ist gut

Das Hotel bietet nicht viel Komfort . Das Frühstück ist nicht gut. Aber es gibt reichlich Möglichkeiten zum Frühstücken in der Nähe. Wer eine zentrale günstige Übernachtung in Rom sucht ist hier richtig. Service ist gut und hilfsbereit.

Hotel très bien situé, près du Colisée, du terminus-gare et d'une station de métro. Si je reviens à Rome avec un budget limité, je reprendrai cet hotel.
