Guest house - perfecto

Close to train station and local restaurants, 30 mins to all main attractions Exactly what it says on the tin. If you’re expecting 5* then don’t go here because it isn’t but perfect for what I needed - head down and a peaceful sleep. Thank you

The manager, Alex was super nice and great person. He managed it very well and friendly. I felt safe and comfy. Loved stay here!!! Thanks!! The location was great too, near by rome termini, metro, bus and tons of dining!

We had a great stay at Sixtythree. We had booked last minute and Gaetano was very fast to communicate a flexible check in time with us. Alex greeted us on arrival and was very accommodating. The place is right across the road from the train station and many food places otherwise a short walk to the main town. Was really nice that the apartment was cleaned daily and we were given fresh towels and sheets after a couple days stay. Would recommend!

Alex was absolutely amazing-he helped me get my heavy bag up a ton of stairs and was very kind. Highly recommend this place.

Room was okay. There wasn't cold tapwater or cold water in shower, wich was bad in hot weather. Air condition was good. Thin walls, you cold hear other guests voices. Elevetor was broken for few days.

Nice space – it's quite tiny, can't stand up anywhere near the toilet, and the shower is nice but only one water no options. The attic room was so small would not recommend for anyone over 6 foot

The property is convenient to termini station and coach buses to fuimicino airport/24 hours a day. If you are not fussy it's ok to have a bed to lay in, although my mattress is not comfortable, it's sunken in some parts, shower is good, toilet seat keeps movin to the left side and the cover keeps dropping behind my back. As long as the elevator is always in good working condition and the people who uses it follow the instructions. Otherwise is a long hike will be added from your walking tour of Rome

Nous avons louer en croyant que c’était une hôtel. Nous sommes arrivés dans un B&B un propriétaire froid qui a acheter un cinquième étage et qui a transformé 3 chambres sous forme de location. Très petit déjeuner inclus (jus céréales (2) et toasts et les photos sont trompeuses ne reflète pas tout à fait la réalité En bref le point positif très près de la gare Termini

Muy buen sitio para alojarse unos días en Roma. Habitación muy limpia y acogedora sin grandes lujos. Desayuno muy completo. Gaetano y Alex, excelentes personas. Como única pega, deberían cambiar los colchones y el agua fria de la ducha debería tener más presión. Si se corrigen estas cosas no dudariamos en repetir.

El alojamiento está justo al lado de la estación Termini, muy bien situado para cuando llegas y te vas. Muy atento el Sr que nos recibió y nos dio las indicaciones. No había agua fría en la ducha y tenía muy poca presión. A 20 minutos del centro. No hay ruidos y se descansa muy bien.

Cher hôte, Nous tenons tout d'abord à vous remercier pour avoir partagé votre logement avec nous. Nous avons passé un séjour agréable et souhaitons vous faire part de nos observations. Les aspects positifs : L'emplacement, les lits confortables, la climatisation, l'accueil initial, les serviettes et la propreté étaient excellents. Les points négatifs : L'escalier menant à la chambre est dangereux, l'absence de fenêtre dans la chambre est inconfortable, la lunette des toilettes ne tient pas, attention l'évier est bouché. Et en dernier, plus aucun accueil après le premier accueil. Il nous semble que votre prix par nuit (tous frais compris) devrait être au maximum de 80€ pour ce logement. Situato a pochi passi dalla stazione di Termini la struttura si presenta dall'esterno non al meglio delle aspettative ma appena si entra in struttura cambia totalmente la percezione. Complimenti ad Alex per l'accoglienza, la simpatia e siamo stati davvero contenti di aver soggiornato all'interno della guest house. Alex ci ha spiegato itinerari e ci ha spifferato qualche luogo da visitare assolutamente. Abbiamo potuto entrare in struttura grazie al check in fatto ad hoc e il check out è stato ottimo. Abbiamo anche potuto lasciare lì le valigie fino al momento della partenza.
