The room was extra large, it had a private balcony, the bed is the most comfortable I have ever slept in in Italy and Marina, the host, is very welcoming, efficient and helpful. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed this place for our stay. Marina was absolutely great as our host. She was friendly and gave us some great places to eat and was available to help anytime. The place is hard to find due to no signs but its very close to the train terminal. We would definitely stay there again.

The place was dirty and smelled like mold. The pictures on the internet were not true. The name of the apartment is misleading. Avoid that place!

First of all, the surroundings are very dirty.

First of all, this is not a hotel. The owner of this place said B&B. You must be careful before making a reservation where there are no photos of the lobby or the appearance. I requested a refund to the channel here, and I haven't received an answer yet. The facilities are very backward. Always be careful unless it's a chain hotel.I think I was deceived by showing only good things to sell the product. You should always be honest with me.Go through the door you see in the picture. When I asked people about the hotel, it took me a long time to find it because no one knew.

comfortable room in central Romw

San Vito Suites is located in a residential building in a central and convenient location. The room is good size as rooms go in Rome, very clean and well furnished. Nice size bathroom with good amenities. The little veranda was a nice addition. Our reception and sign in was friendly and efficient, we were given directions and recommendations for places to visit and for restaurants, and arrangements for transportation to the airport were made for us. For a relatively low budget place in Rome, San Vito Suites is highly recommended

Something shouldn't happen happened

We are pretty happy about our stay until the last night before we left. Apparently the owner was not there during that night, so another person was helping other people checking in. As soon as the person entered the apartment, he used his key and opened the door of our room without knocking, and the process took less than a second. Worst of all, my wife just finished taking a shower and was in the room with only towel around her body. Although the person said he was sorry, we are just too furious. I don't think this is something simply can be fixed with saying sorry. We also had a fight about this situation and it almost costs my marriage on it. I'm not exaggerating, so I just can't and don't want to accept the apology. My life would be much better without this incident happened. Also, the drain in the shower is so stuck and it wasn't fixed after we reported the situation. So I think it simply just can't be fixed

Herbegement très bien placé pour visiter rome (proximité station métro, gare termini, colisée et forum à pied). Chambre très agréable et spacieuse, et accueil chaleureux. Petit-dej à prendre dans un café au coin de la rue. La rue peut être un peu bruyante, malgré la très bonne insonorisation.

Λογω προβλήματος στο δωμάτιο ο ιδιοκτητης μας μετακινησε σε άλλο ίδιας κατηγορίας καταλυμμα. Η εντύπωση από τις ενέργειές είναι πολύ θετική. Due to a problem in our room the owner move us to another of the same category accomodation. My impression of his actions is very positive.

객실은 적당한 크기에 아주 깨끗했으며, 매일 청소를 해주심. 와이파이가 매우 빠름 조식은 산타마리아 마조레 성당 앞에서 먹도록 되어있음. 약간 거리가 있지만 맛있음. 테르미니 역, 콜로세움까지 걸어 갈 정도의 거리이며, 지하철 A선인 Vittorio Emanuele 역 바로 앞에 위치하고 있음. 로마에 다시 방문한다면 또 갈 것임!

室内は新築のように新しく綺麗で清潔です。ベッドも広々です。当方170cm。 ウェルカムウォーター、冷蔵庫もあります。 スタッフはチェックイン時間が遅れても、快く対応して下さいました。また、親切にローマの簡単なガイドと地図を提供してくれました。感謝しています。 位置は地下鉄の駅に近く、移動の利便が良いです。近所には、日用品店があり、水や食料の調達が簡単にできます。 このホテルを訪ねる際は、建物丸ごとではなく、3階に存在していることに注意して下さい。 インターフォンで呼び出す必要があります。

Had a great stay there. The host was very welcoming and even went out of his way to email us restaurant recommendations based on our dietary restrictions and offered to call and make reservations anywhere (since we didn't have international calling plans and don't speak Italian). The rooms are also brand new and very nice
