Good sized room. Bed sheets were fresh and clean, duvet didn't have a cover on. Shower is terrible. Shower head clearly hasn't been descaled in a long time and shoots water in all directions, shower head also didn't stay in the holder so had to use as handheld. Shower temperature/hot water - we had to run the hot water for 10 minutes to get anything remotely close to beung suitable to shower in - temperature never reached above 30deg C. Room was cheap in comparison to Rome prices.

It is a few minutes walk to Vatican City, very accessible to Restaurants, Groceries and there is also a laundry shop nearby if you need to wash your clothes. The property is a little bit old and need some few upgrades.

Highly recommend!

This location was great. It is in a safe neighborhood and you are able to walk around safely and easily. The space was clean and the check in was fast and simple. We had someone we could reach out to directly if there were any issues or questions, and we always had very quick responses. They even scheduled a car service for us to the airport which saved us the stress of finding a taxi early in the morning. We will definitely stay here next time we visit Rome!

Ok, men dårlig renhold

Verten var veldig serviceinnstilt og hyggelig, både under innsjekk og underveis på meldinger. Veldig enkel og hyggelig innsjekk. Dette var veldig bra, men det stopper dessverre der. Hele B&B er i kjelleren og det er null utsikt (det hadde vi heller ikke forventet). Renholdet er dårlig, mugg på badet og det luktet også mugg i hele kjelleren. Gulvet på rommet vårt hadde kommet opp og tydelige vannskader langs nedre del av dørkarm. Søppel var ikke tatt ut, verken kjøkken eller vårt bad. Frokost er selvbetjent og man kan si den var levert, men veldig enkel. Det var showergel/shampoo tilgjengelig, så det var pluss. Totalt sett er dette rommet ok i lavere prisklasse, men til denne prisen forventer vi rent rom. Vi har ikke høye krav generelt, men renhold og mugg kan vi ikke være fornøyd med, i alle fall ikke til denne prisen.

Me gustó del alojamiento que la habitación era muy acogedora y tenía todo lo necesario, buena cama, televisión, armario para poner la ropa.. y el baño era correcto, la ducha era buena, salía el agua muy bien. Lo que no me gustó fue el desayuno, era muy limitado, solo había para hacer tostadas, con un tipo de mermelada, unos briox que tenían allí y dos tipos de cereales. Y bebidas también muy limitado.

This accommodation was situated so covenient to the Vatican. It was pleasantly quiet despite being in the city. Simone was so pleasant and helpful. Would definitely stay there again!

Zuerst das Gute: Das Zimmer und der Sanitärbereich waren sehr sauber. Der Hotel,,manager" war sehr hilfsbereit und kompetent. Allerdings war er nicht vor Ort. Nach Anruf war er binnen 15 Minuten da. In der Beschreibung stand allerdings kein Wort von einer Kellerwohnung. Und von Frühstücksbuffet konnte keine Rede sein. Es sei denn, man begnügt sich mit muffigem Toast, lastikverpackten Muffins und tagealtem Kuchen. Keine Spur von Käse oder Wurst. Von Eiern gar nicht zu reden. Das zweite ,,B" im Namen ist einfach eine Lüge.

Very close to Vatican. Owner is very nice but does not reside at property, so any problems can't quickly be taken care of. Ok for 1 night stay, but we wished we could have had someone to report issues to over our 6 night stay. It could use some updating in rooms. Air conditioning worked great!

For the price, in that neighborhood, this is a good choice near the Vatican. If you want deluxe, this is not the place. The air conditioning works very well, which was SO necessary when we stayed in late June during scorching heat. The breakfast offering are skimpy, but it's 'free' so make use of them, and stop for a mid-morning gelato later. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean and very quiet. We didn't have sounds from outside or other guests bother us at all. The shower head was on the verge of falling off, but it worked while we used it. Definitely recommended.

Typische B & B Unterkunft in Rom. Für die vielen vielen Touristen ist der Standard anscheinend ausreichend. Mängel werden nicht von selbst behoben sondern auf Anforderung erledigt.

De ligging was zeer goed. De kamer was netjes. Je kreeg alle dagen een flesje water en fruitsappen per persoon. Het ontbijt bestond alleen uit cornflakes, voorverpakte zoetigheden, toastbrood en confituur. Koffie, thee en chocomelk. Waterkoker was zeer vuil (waarschijnlijk iets laten in aanbranden), moet heel dringend vervangen worden. Er was ook niet genoeg bestek. Simone is niet eerlijk. Hij vroeg om de taxichauffeur te spreken en deze hebben denkelijk een afspraak gemaakt. 60€ voor de rit betaald (dit was zogezegd een vast tarief). Bij aankomst vroeg hij of hij voor de terugrit naar de luchthaven een taxi moest regelen. Dit hebben we niet gedaan omdat we al ergens een incident met taxi gelezen hadden. Onze terugrit kostte 48€ en dat was het vaste tarief. Simone weet ook niet veel van Rome. Als we iets vroegen zei hij ik weet het niet want ik ben er nog niet geweest. Als je een B&B open houd moet je uw gasten toch wat wegwijs kunnen maken.
