Rome, Casa di Iacopo - Cozy in Trastevere

Located on the outskirts of Trastevere, in a very advantageous position to reach in a flash every part of the city center, I renovated this small apartment to live without losing any of the opportunities that Rome can offer. The attention to detail, the complete equipment and the choice of objects and materials of value, make it a comfortable and intelligent haven to visit the city or to stay for work. He has been working for about a year as a holiday home on similar portals with an average of five-star reviews.
The apartment, a construction sky earth, is located on the ground floor in a sheltered position because inside a condominium courtyard. It has therefore a reserved and silent position, remaining very accessible and bright, thanks to its two skylights in the roof. To access it is necessary to cross a condominium entrance with a small flight of stairs.
Upon your arrival you will find a bright and comfortable living room with a fully equipped kitchenette where there is no lack of dishwasher, fridge freezer and ventilated oven. A table for 6 people and a large corner sofa make this an ideal place to relax, read an armchair guide and get an idea of ​​what to see and do, making plans and projects for your days.
Well divided by a door, you will find the bedroom. Here a beautiful French bed hand-made by the upholsterer, makes a fine display of himself, allowing you to put your suitcases in its container, while the memory foam mattress will put back in order the bones after a tiring day of tourists!
From the bedroom you will have access to the bathroom, an oasis of relaxation thanks to the king size masonry shower and the precious glass paste mosaic. The bathroom is complete with hairdryer and washing machine and a small emergency supply of all essential items, if you forgot to pack something.
Also from the bedroom you will access a built-in wardrobe and a walk-in closet perfectly furnished by the carpenter, in which to put in a few minutes everything you need and feel at home.
I renovated this house to live by being pampered by beauty, so I wanted to leave everything as it is to my guests. When you are at home, you will experience the comfort of materials (wood, travertine and parquet floors, glass and glass paste mosaic) and systems: underfloor heating, thermal and acoustic window frames, air conditioning quality, the centralized vacuum system, the washing machine, the fridge freezer, the dishwasher, the safe, the Artemide lighting, the tapestries ...
